Ever since the closure and reopening of the McDonald's in Wauseon , I've encountered nothing but ongoing issues. Regardless of the time or day I visit, the fries are consistently served cold, and the burgers arrive lukewarm, if not outright cold. To make matters worse, the condiments, particularly ketchup, are often sloppily applied, resulting in a messy eating experience. In my experience, it's undoubtedly the worst McDonald's in the vicinity.
In an attempt to address these concerns, I reached out to McDonald's through their online complaint system. However, despite submitting my complaint over 6 months ago, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of the issue. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability from a global corporation.
During my last visit, I even called the restaurant immediately after receiving my order, expressing my dissatisfaction with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the response I received was less than satisfactory, with the staff attributing the issue to a slow drive-in service, which seemed unrelated to the problem at hand.
Potential customers should be wary when ordering from this particular McDonald's location. If there's an issue with your order, don't expect them to make it right.
Adding insult to injury, the prices at this McDonald's seem disproportionately high compared to other branches. For example, a cheeseburger here costs $2.39, whereas I can easily find the same item for just $1.39 at nearby locations. This price difference only adds to the frustration of receiving subpar service and food quality.
In summary, the McDonald's in question has consistently failed to meet basic standards of food quality, customer service, and responsiveness. Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I would strongly advise against patronizing this...
Read moreI have never been so entirely horrified by a staff of workers in my entire life of going to and working at fast food. First we stopped after sitting for around three hours at the local hospital tired, hungry and sore. We were at the kiosk as I know it can be challenging to stop what your doing to take an order. We put our order in on the screen and went to pay and their were no table tags for us to enter a number so I just said 1. then instead of the card reader telling us to insert the card, it told us to take the receipt to the counter to pay. It did not give us said receipt. We walked up and waited without exaggeration for five minutes before even being acknowledged. Than when we finally were the girl at the register sauntered over angrily proceeded to tell us to wait for her to get the manager and after another THREE minutes of waiting with a line forming behind us she asked me to repeat what the issue is. And after she had FINALLY found our order and as we are paying she is audibly complaining about being at work and still having 4 hours left. Then we went and sat down and waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and a coffee. After those twenty minutes two people who had come in AFTER US recieved their food and they were not deliveries. we went over to the counter and waited for about 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged AGAIN and when we finally were we asked about why we had not received our food and they had said they JUST put the chicken down. They're was no apology just attitude and as a former food service worker I feel there was no excuse for any of it. Have a fantastic day but I will not be going back and neither will any of my family. Very truthfully...
Read moreIf only I could give them 0 stars then it would be possible it correctly rate this location. I came in with my wife and daughters this afternoon approximately 2:30 p.m. When we had arrived we were met with other individuals, around 4 groups of people that had arrived a little before and after. I'm not sure who is running the restaurant nor am I sure who is overseeing this particular operation. However I am certain that I have quite the disdain for an establishment that lacks the standards of cleanliness, and I'm not speaking of just a dirty floor because they were busy. I'm talking iced tea that had a time stamp that had expired. A fountian machine that looks as if no one has wiped it in hours. Come on guys I know that my measly $30.00 is small in comparison to the hundreds that you serve. However if someone decides that they would like to treat themselves and family no one expects to be met with cold food due to having to wait 20 minutes to get the food delivered and corrected. Please be weary of this establishment, the manager on duty today seemed just a tad bit lax for just a normal work day. I'm not sure if she is the GM however I really hope that they get it figured out. Looked to be about 12 people total working and still takes 20 minutes to get what they called food. Just a suggestion but I would recommend going to Burger King even if it costs you a few...
