I took my friend and her daughter to lunch. I ordered a 4 for 4 and she ordered a $5 biggie bag. When they handed us the bag she said it was 2. 4 for 4. We let her know that the order was wrong. We didn't get upset or angry. We just asked for the right one. April the cashier (who I guess is still new) admitted her mistake and asked what she should do. Kate from drive thru asked what was going on and she explained to her that she messed the order up. Kate shoved the bag at her and said you fix it. She did not say it professionally that's for sure. I found that so wrong! You don't treat co workers like that in the first place and you should never do it in front of a customer. So she was told to fix it but not how to fix it. In the process of her trying to get it fixed she was touching our food without cleaning her hands after touching the register. I do not in anyway put blame on her for that. I commend her for not punching Kate because I sure the hell would have. I only gave 2 stars because I'm sure this isn't the first time she has treated a co worker that way. If you know how an employee acts and still keep them around that's just not right at all. You obviously don't care about your employees...
Read moreUpdate: restaurant has improved since last visit. Thankfully a new manager has been hired to replace the rude lady that was previously manager. Service was slow and person taking orders inside was not well trained on using the register. Restaurant could have been cleaner. Bathroom needs a complete update. Food was lukewarm at best. However it's a 2 🌟 star improvement from the last time we were at the Wauseon, OH Wendy's. Still room for improvement but more willing to return now.
Today we stopped by for a quick lunch. The manager there is so "unwelcoming" it isn't funny. She is NOT "customer friendly". Actually she's not friendly to her work crew either. She made us feel so uncomfortable we are thinking we might not return, she's that bad.
They were out of most soda flavors, saltines, and baked potatoes. Chili was not hot, lukewarm. Tables not wiped. Slow service. Bathroom could have been cleaner but not horrible. At least they were open for dine in. 2 other fast food restaurants in town were closed at 6:30 on a Thursday night before Christmas so thankful we at least had somewhere we could dine in. Read moreSeptember 28th 2023 Over my :30 lunch break... Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo only at the drive thru. Had to sit in mobile waiting area for almost 10 minutes finally got my food. Drove 2 miles back to work and realized my sandwich has mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes, and some nasty looking lettuce. Drove back to Wendy's, it's 12:30 my lunch just ended and now I'm late for work... I asked for a refund and they told me they can't give refunds, Wendy's corporate has to send you a refund in the mail... I'll never eat at this place again... I realiz
