Big Easy Cajun — Restaurant in Wauwatosa

The best thing that could have ever happened to this place is that it’s conveniently located in a mall. But unfortunately for the customers this place is a bad option! I came today, Sunday 8/27 and ordered near 5pm and apparently, they were closing. I asked, where is the usual food in the warmer, but the clerk said they had white rice in the back. He asked if I wanted a bowl or a plate. I said give me a bourbon chicken plate. Well, once they charged me and I left, while I was waiting in the Cinnabon line, I looked at my food. Only to find there was no vegetables and the meal was incomplete. It should have come with 2 sides. I returned and told the clerk that I did not receive all of my items. He then said, they were out. I immediately said back, why would you sell me a dinner that you can't provide!?!?!?! I went on to say, you should have never asked me if I wanted a meal, and you didn't have all the parts to sell with it. The clerk said that is what they do! Of course, I was shocked and told them I would never return!!! Angry doesn't even size it up. They are totally over charging and not even compensating or reducing the price if they are out of food. DON”T PREPAY, they’ll not deliver and won’t refund. Two weeks ago I went to Cajun Cuisine to enjoy some food and drinks at Burl & Sprig’s. We ordered our appetizer (2) at 6:30 pm thinking we had enough time to make our 7:30 show at The Block. Forty five minutes later and still no appetizers. When we asked about them, 5 minutes later they came back and said our order would be out soon. We asked to cancel the order and just refund our money and send me an email indicating such, which they agreed too. They demonstrated on a handheld device that the order was being canceled, two weeks later no email showing the cancellation and no refund to my bank account.
