Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Wauwatosa

We have been here a handful of times. Overall it's the best experience I can recommend for a Buffalo wild wings. Service is quick and the food is always hot and delicious. This time I had a problem ordering on the app. My wife has her own app and account info and she ordered food and got a burger free. I ordered and had to spend 20$ to get 10 boneless for free. When we arrived to the bww go to pick up, she had all her food and free burger and I had mine and no free wings. I explained to the gentleman that we both processed them at the same time and that she clearly got her burger and I spent my 20$ and should have my wings. Although he was hesitant and explained I had to contact bww corporation through the app, he gave me my 10 wings. It's acts like this that I'm glad we got a bww go in our neighborhood and that little extra bit of customer service goes a long way. We really appreciate the staff for honoring the promotion. We will continue to come here and tell our friends and family to choose this location. Thank you so much...

I was given cold chicken. When I got there my order wasn’t ready and was told 5 mins. I watched him get the chicken from a tray and sauce it. When I received the chicken I told him that this wasn’t hot and even had him touch the bottom of the carton. He looked me straight in my face and lied about giving me fresh chicken. Didn't even get to ordering food. The man says no mushroom burger, even tho it has one on the menu. Asked to order regular cheeseburger and wanted a different cheese than American, and they have nothing else. I was a first time customer and not a thing was available cause of one thing or another.
