Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Wauwatosa

Update: Went to the Mayfair location tonight to get food. They really need to change their gloves more often. The staff is making people food with the same gloves they are touch the register and cash payments with. This is not the first time I saw this. I had to tell one of the guys to change his gloves and he looked crazy but he did it. When you care making food you are only dealing with food. If you have to cash someone out then you take those gloves off and put new ones on. I am so tired of nasty people working in the food business. This is a business not your home.

Jersey Mike Subs are delicious! Heads up...I am going to discuss two locations. In general I love the fact that they slice all their meats and cheeses in front of you. You can actually watch them make your food, such a bonus! The Bluemound location is my favorite, staff is always nice and friendly. They make your food just the way you like it and it taste fresh and delicious.They have great customer service skills! The Mayfair location makes good food, but they really need to work on their customer service skills. These grown folks have more attitudes than teenagers. Their facial expressions tell it all. The eye rolling and smacking of the lips is not professional and very unnecessary. You should remember that the customer keeps you in business. Also this is a reflection on management. Management needs to be there making sure that staff is doing what they are suppose to be doing and teaching staff how to be friendly and professional. Oh, and it's real nasty that staff are using their phones in front of customers and right by the food prep area. You put your phone away but did not wash your hands before putting your gloves on, just nasty. I'm done! I'll go back to the Bluemound location where they got good customer service skills...

Food is great but everything else is really starting to get bad. The last 8 or 9 times I try to call in for a pick-up they don’t answer the phone. Then a voice comes on and it says the voicemail is full. Try calling back and still nobody picks up. So I drive up there to place an order and they say they are out of white bread. I ask if they are taking pick up orders because I call u nobody answers. They tell me if they run out of White bread then they don’t pick up the phone. I have called m łutimes of the day, different days of the week, and half of the time they are out of white bread. I just don’t understand. It doesn’t cost that much, make more. Especially when you run out at 5 o’clock on a Friday or Saturday night. Luckily there is a chipotle nearby in the strip mall and I will definitely go there when I can’t get what I ordered and Jersey Mike’s

Recently they have not run out of white bread and the last few times I was able to place a to go order. I think they have the best steak and cheese or Philly cheesesteak out of all the sub places in the city. However, I went last week and placed an order to pick up. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and they told me they are out of peppers. If I was in charge I would run to the grocery store and buy some peppers to at least get...

I visited the store at 2751 WIS-100 N Wauwatosa, WI 53222 on 2/18/21 at 8:44 pm and when I entered was asked if I was picking up an order and said no at Which point the miserable woman working in the store became utterly disgusted with my presents proceeded to take my order and halfway through making my sandwich said I have everything except for tomatoes and bacon which were items that were supposed to be on the sandwich I ordered. I asked so then you do not have a number eight to which she said yes but you just can’t have bacon and tomatoes on it do you still want it or not I said no I do not and exited the store and she followed me to the door and immediately locked it when I exited it was still 845 when I exited the store the sign on the door said it closed at 9 PM apparently that is a loose guideline in the Milwaukee area or she had better things to do than provide service for your customers. I then drove a couple miles down the road to a fire house subs walked in and was politely greeted and served a sandwich their closing time was 9 PM also and they were more than happy to serve me during their posted...
