I have had multiple issues with this chick fil a any other I have gone to is fast and order is always correct. I've been a few times where I kept having to say you forgot this oh this is wrong etc it's always multiple things at each visit. Well tonight we went and ordered 57 dollars in food they we ordered 4 salads 2 all the way and the other 2 corn and tomatoes on the side with extra extra cheese had to send it back there wasnt hardly any cheese gave us one bowl with cheese food enough for one salad not both and we had to ask for condiments over and over. We also ordered two 12 piece meals. Well we get home and there are no fries, no ranch for the salad, no straws and all the salads had everything on them. Now we did get the avocado lime each we asked for but we also asked for regular ranch for the salad we didn't. so after this being like my 4th time of going through chick fil a in waxahachie and having an issue I finally decide to call. I spoke with the .manager Emily or Elizabeth I can't remember the name so I'm telling her what all happened she ooked up the order and began to read it off and I tell her what all was wrong. Then she says she will put my name in there computer and go up there and she will give me my 2 fries and some cookies for my troubles so we hang up and I'm like wait what about my 2 salads they messed up and not giving the regular ranch and how we kept having to ask them for the stuff they kept forgetting. Well she proceeds to tell me that she can not re do my salads cause that close to 20 dollars for 2 salads but yet I was able to pay almost 20 for 2 salads that weren't right. How do they get to mess up my food and I have to just deal with getting the wrong thing. How is that fair now I'm out 20 dollars for something they didn't do right and the total bill was 56 dollars like I said in the beginning over had issues about 4 times with them lately and haven't said a word or called and complained but after another mess up I finally and all they want to give me is 2 fries and a cookie I am so...
Read moreFirst time using and I don’t like the mobile order experience at all. I used it tonight thinking we would just drive thru, grab the food and go. Not the case. No one was in the mobile line when we pulled up. I scanned the bar code and the app told me to pull around and pick up my order. After sitting for 6 minutes with a line forming behind us, we were asked to pull forward to allow those behind us who had gotten their food to exit. We did so, wondering why people who scanned the code after us had already gotten their food. Another 7 cars left the mobile lane over the following 8 or so minutes. My husband got out to see what the hold up was and spotted a team member with what looked like our food. He asked and she said it wasn’t ours, that they were still working on it. She walked across the parking lot and delivered it to a car in a random parking space. Our food came out a few minutes later and I asked the girl to send the manager over. None of them could have been more than 19 years old, including the manager, but I asked her how the mobile ordering works and shared our experience of waiting 20 minutes and watching several cars behind us be served. She said she was sorry but they were waiting on chicken nuggets to be cooked. Waiting on the one food that’s sold above all else??? I didn’t buy it but I said okay. She apologized and walked away. No ‘here’s a free shake next time’ or any kind of gesture to get us to return. After we drive off I opened the bag to warm fries and nuggets that looked like they’d been ordered 20 minutes ago and forgotten. Hmmm…. Now I really don’t buy it. All of our food was mildly warm and my sandwich buns were soggy from having sat in the bag too long. They weren’t holding on nuggets, they forgot us completely. Just own it, fix your mistake and keep your customers happy. Not going back to this location...
Read moreI’m sure the food tastes great, but I wouldn’t know because I was refused service.
I had just left the neighboring Lowe’s and figured I’d get some lunch while in the area. Not to play into any stereotype, but this brotha really wanted some Jesus fried chicken… While trying to navigate their mess of a parking lot to get to the drive through line, a young white lady came flying in through the exit (a clearly visible one way street), did a 4-point maneuver to get turned around, and successfully cut in front of the 10+ customers, including myself, who were waiting in line. This was literally right in front of the employee taking orders and he didn’t batt an eye. He served her with a smile and I’m sure wished her a blessed day as well. It was then my turn to be served. As another employee started walking toward me to take my order, the initial employee who was wrapping up serving the line-cutter signaled for them to not come to my truck. After he was through with the line cutter, he came to me and informed me that I could not be served because I had a trailer… Mind you this is a tiny lawnmower trailer that barely off tracks with my truck’s rear tires. I understand not wanting a “trailer trailer” in the drive through, but not this. I shared my thoughts with the employee, but he said “sorry, it’s policy.” I then pointed out that he had just served someone who blatantly cut the whole line, to which he said “I can’t do anything about that.” I told him sure you can, you could have refused them service just like you’re doing to me now - I’m sure there’s a policy about entering through the exit / cutting the whole line. One would hate to think race was a factor in these markedly different reactions, but CFA, if you’re going to be a stickler for policy make sure you apply them equitably...
