I love Panera, but I refuse to return to this location despite it being located minutes from my house. During the first visit, my wife and I waited nearly 30 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and one sandwich was served missing an ingredient. On the second visit, we again waited for so long the manager approached us to ask what we ordered. This was during early morning when the restaurant had four other patrons inside. Today I gave the location another chance and ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini from the drive through. When I arrived home, I noticed my food wasn't prepared the same as it had been at every other Panera location I've visited. I love this sandwich and have ordered it many times in the past. I noticed that the ratios of ingredients were different, namely the lack of chicken, which changed the flavor of the sandwich. I could have forgiven this if my sandwich was at least put on a panini press. Management needs to rectify the lack of detail and inefficiency of this location's staff or perhaps the management staff should be retrained or fired. I'm fed up with...
Read moreInitial visit was great, they have gluten free options, but I did research before coming and knew what was actually gluten free and not (be careful here). I basically ordered a deconstructed sandwich without the bagel for breakfast and a specialty coffee. It was great, and gluten free! My sister (non gluten free) ordered pastries for her and kids, coffee and breakfast and was pleased with quality and correctness. On my next visit I went for lunch and got a soup: autumn squash which is gluten free, and a coffee, when it arrived at my table it had a baguette on the plate (despite me asking for a banana instead and for a gluten free allergy to be added to my order) and no banana (which I was charged a dollar for). Also, my specialty coffee was undrinkable. The line was extremely long by this point and I just informed the manager of the flaws and left with a drip coffee and a non-gf pastry to try to compensate the price difference. Glad I had someone with me that could enjoy the pastry.... will update with try #3 if I return, I assume this second visit was...
Read moreThis is my second post for Panera! My first I am leaving on here BUT after about a year in the area Panera has truly upped its game! The wait time is long, but not TOO long, maybe 15 minutes...The drive through is still slow BUT not 30 minutes...between 10-15 minutes...The prices are expensive for the QUANTITY but not for the QUALITY (the food is delicious...the bread is amazing) I do recommend Panera and great job to management for fixing the problems!
live approximately 1 mile from this location! As of now I am only giving two stars due to service and Time! I have eaten here twice now (benefit of the doubt to it being a grand opening week) The first time it took 30 minutes to get our food (it was yummy but for the price we paid we could have gone to a better sit down dinner) and I tried the Rapid Picup yesterday (my message said pick up at 6:29) I waited five mi utes longer and still did not get my food I Tim 6:42) management is NIT doing a good job of getting the orders out in time...
