Alexa in customer service needs to be retrained. I had an item with tags that I was asking if she could look up for me so I could possibly order. Nope she won't. Will not. Its considered a target dollar spot item. They wont even look in the back, website, computer anything. - stated loudly and rudely in front of other customers. There was absolutely no reason for her bizarre attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me not to bother. Hes going to agree with me. Then when she called him on the walkie talkie she said I was demanding to know when it would be in and being a problem. What?! That wasn't what I said at all and I asked to speak to him. John the manager came and spoke to me. Such an amazing manager! He was able to look up the item and tell me how I can look it up but it said on his computer discontinued. The experience with him was so friendly and wonderful. I didnt get the item but he treated me like a person. Idk what Alexa's problem is but someone needs to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreExcellent prices on everything from clothing, to shoes, to crafts, to the grocery section! This store was super clean, super friendly and helpful staff, stylish clothes ( like undergarments that were true to size and seemed of good quality make), the shoes, sportswear, & the pajamas were super cute! There was a good selection of clearance items that weren't just super small or super big, and they were also trendy as well. I wish I'd bad more time to browse. The dressing room was spacious and clean with a very helpful young lady stationed there. The milk was only 1.99! And it tastes good, not funky like some cheaper milks tend to taste like. I noticed that steps were taken towards energy efficiency....the lights in the coolers went out unless some1 was standing in front of them which I found to be a fantastic way they were helping to save the environment as well as their operating costs which they obviously pass those savings on to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really should have know better than to try and upgrade a cell phone at Target. They had a weekly ad for a $200 gift card so I decided to give it a try. On Tuesday evening, 12/15/15 about 5:30pm went in, waited fifteen minutes on the mobile cell phone guy to return from break. Another fifteen minutes of him fiddling with his notebook computer trying to bring up rates. Thirty more minutes to get the phone, pick out a new plan, give him all my current information. Sprint then tells him that they can't run a credit check on my home phone for whatever reason, even though I have perfect credit. So, to sum up, ONE HOUR WASTED, NO NEW PHONE, NO NEW CONTRACT, TOTAL DISSATISFACTION WITH TARGET, TARGET EMPLOYEE AND SPRINT CELL SERVICE. I wouldn't use any of these people/companies in the future if they were paying me to take a new phone. Good luck should you...
