understanding this is a new location and all the issues with that this visit was a disaster..... person taking order had absolutely no clue what to do, from pressing whichever on the screen to making change.... folks making subs obviously need a better vision plan as to both subs had mayo when it was req to NOT be put on, both subs were to have bacon added and both did NOT, was supposed to be steamed yet bread seemed like it was just outta the bag(steamer needs water to steam)..... everyone inside had sweat rolling down their faces due to a/c was either faulty or just turned up way too high?? while waiting for order at end of counter two employees did nothing but bad mouth managers and yet felt like they were being worked too hard?? it was definite chaos as folks are learning, but even with the experienced help it was excessive in wait time and no excuse for not making an order as ordered!!! Hopefully this location gets their act together otherwise they will be like the others who have come and gone due to poor performance/cust svc..... no need for a response/excuses from mgt just focus on making thing better...

This was my go to location but for like the last year now they have been upsetting me. I live far so when placing my togo orders I say no sauce because it makes the sandwich mushy so I want it on the side but there isn't an option for sauce on the side on the app anymore. Then I get there and ask for the sauce for the sandwiches and now the last however many orders I have to pay for the sauces for all my sandwiches that I just spent $40+ on for everyone and they want to argue and refuse to just give me the condiments. Staff occupied socializing. We decided to give this location a try to support local businesses. The Staff was kind of friendly but seemed more interested in socializing than taking care of customers. Orders seemed to take a bit longer before delivered. The Hot Subs were warm but nothing great. The chili was cold so we didn’t eat it and brought it home to warm up later. The drink dispenser ran out of ice. I had to go back and ask for my side salad. The Staff never came around to ask how the meal was 🙁. The hot sauce bar was nice. It was interesting to watch a team member leave to go pick up a pizza. All in all I doubt we will try this location again, it was not...
