I took my phone up there to get the camera fixed, and this man stole my original Apple screen from off my phone And how I found out was I just came home laid my phone down on the kitchen table and the screen shattered I was like that's not normal so I took it up to Apple and Apple said well you got just a demo screen on here or you can call it a generic screen. I said I have never had my screen change before only my camera fixed so they took apart my phone and they told me the same person who fixed my camera Replace my Apple screen with a generic screen. They also show me that the camera vendor was the same vendor of the screen that he put on my phone? And then I go up there, and he being rude and disrespectful to me after he stole from me smh only giving me $150 because he know that's his vendor and he know he took my original Apple screen. He really owe me for a whole new Apple phone. Do not take your phone here. Here is a Picture of the vendor that he use that's how I caught him. How are you gonna steal somebody scream be then leave your vendor name on the back of your new replacement fake screen wow if your screen was acting up after you left here, have your phone taken apart and see if he stole your original Apple screen as well if you see this logo on the back with the yellow and red that's his vendor logo haha And if this happened to y'all, bring this stuff to Waxahachie Police Department attention because that's exactly what this is because he don't get to steal in the inside of Walmart From customers That is not true. The police did not investigate and find out that you did not do anything wrong. How can they do that when that's your vendor logo on my phone haha it's about you wanting to steal that's what it's about. Anybody can get the video body camera from the police on what happened up there that day and you not go just give nobody $150 unless you stole something like you did The police did not find no wrong doing stop lying...

I had a terrible experience with this business. I took my phone in for a battery replacement late in the day. When I got home, I noticed white spots on the screen. By the next morning, the entire screen had turned white and was completely unusable. I immediately contacted them, explaining that the phone had been in perfect condition before their service. They asked me to bring it back, but once I did, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of addressing the damage they caused, they gave vague explanations and declined to fix the issue — despite already charging me.
