We had the pleasure of visiting James Avery and had the pleasure of interacting with Shauna a Manager who provided exceptional customer service. Upon walking into the store there were no slip or trip hazards and the store was very clean, especially jewelry cases. The items that were purchased cost approximately $40 per item which is very reasonable considering the quality.
Shauna's introduction can be described as being warm cheerful and very sincere as she walked up and asked how she could be of assistance. Shauna swiftly found out what items were needed and found them in the store. Shauna processed the order with grace and charm, even throwing in a few compliments about the selections in the store. What sealed the deal was the handshake Shauna gave to complete the transaction! Some type of amazing.

   Read moreProfessional & Attentive willing to go beyond the call. Although we are a repeat customer to other JA stores, this was our first trip to the store in Waxahachie. In fact, we did not go to make another purchase, but to simply ask for help with another piece of jewelry. My wife had a long necklace that became knotted and impossible (for us) to untangle. I shared our challenge with Daisy at JA...and without hesitation and no opportunity to 'sell' us more, she took on the challenge, untangled our necklace and did it with persistence and care..thank you Daisy, your management team, and JA for treating us no differently, customer or not.
