Without a shadow of a doubt, I am proud to say the Panza's is one of- if not THE BEST Italian cooking I've has the pleasure of enjoying. Popular shams like Olive Garden haven't a prayer, and even the esteemed Brio of Southlake pales in comparison to the exquisite flavors and the superb customer service and engagement of Panza's. At Panza's, you're more than just a customer: you're a guest, and the staff will make you feel at home here, like a long-lost friend. You're free to sample the infused oils on display, as well as their house wine on request. First time customers can expect to be offered a free Cannoli- at least based on my experience- and on occasion, you may be offered a free snack the Chef whipped up. You're in for surprise either way! The atmosphere is pain, but homely, with beautiful paintings, flowers, and displays of products. It may not be Tuscany, but the inviting decor and ambient lighting will make you feel comfortable. Thr food is exquisite, and priced fairly. Everything is natural, and made-to-order. Their selection of flatbreads, pizzettas, sandwiches, and pasta will leave you full and happy, but the dessert will have you begging for more. Lovely pastries, and the Cannoli is to die for; the shells are delightfully crunchy, and the filling is pleasantly sweet, not overpowering at all. The wine was by far the best I've ever drank, and the selection was varied enough to guarantee something pleasing for every palette. Just be warned: you will want to buy a bottle. Above all, I must exaggerate: you will feel at home here. I would highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of fine food and drink, and doubly so to lovers of culture seeking something more wholesome and true to Italian cooking. 11/10 Rating from me; 5 Stars.

Yaaesss! It’s always a pleasure to taste the fruit of someone’s passion. From the ambiance to the fresh, homemade goods, it was an experience of euphoria. I had the house Cabernet with the veggie Pizzetta (added chicken) and ended the meal with Semi-Freddo (Cocunut & Bluberry Italian Ice Cream). Everything was absolutely delectable! My friend and I came back for a to-go order & we were delightfully surprised by the chef who allowed us to sample his Wedding cookies...Yaaesss😋

We had the most wonderful time stopping into the cutest shop ever!! Many wonderful and fresh items are on display so you know exactly what you’re ordering. There are olive oil tasting vats and a wine bar in the back that make for such a relaxing environment. We enjoyed a flatbread and a cannoli!!! You have got to try one out, for they are homemade and delicious! Everyone there met us with smiles and great information about the area. We will be back!

Best dining experience right in the heart of downtown Waxahachie! My family and I went in on a Saturday night expecting it to be packed. It really wasn't crowded at all but there was a pretty steady stream of customers in and out for the 45 minutes we were there. I had the caprese salad and lemon drop martini, husband had the meat pizza and our daughter had the muffuletta. The bruschetta looked great, and I'll plan to try it out next time. Portion sizes were perfect, the food was made fresh as soon as we ordered, and the quality was excellent. We waited around 10 minutes for our food, received everything we asked for, and when we finished our meal, the server brought us complimentary cannolis to celebrate our first visit. Our 14yo daughter is very picky so for her to have eaten all of her food speaks volumes. She said she was looking forward to coming back again. They also were playing T. Swift's newest album which earned Panza's some extra street...

We live in the area and ended up going to this place on a Saturday night, after another place downtown Waxahachie had a 1 hour wait. And Panza’s was PERFECT. We travel to Europe quite a bit and have been to local unassuming places for quick bites and drinks without the unnecessary “flare” - and this place is exactly like that. The menu is simple, yet so tasty. The wine selection is not too overwhelming, but right on point. The deserts are phenomenal and the in-house made gelato is the best! It almost remind me of a tapas place, where nothing is over-filling, but everything is so tasteful and if you go with a group, you get to share and try everything. Saturday night crowd was vibrant, but not overcrowded, we got a table for 4 with my wife and our kids as soon as we walked in. The staff is happy to be there and eager to serve you. If I could sum it all up.......
