As a local business owner the last thing I want to do is to leave a bad review because I know what it does to the business reputation, but this operation is a joke! I ordered food for me and my family via door dash, thought I would help support a local business. Not only did I not receive all our food but I actually drove up to roadhouse ( since they operate out of there) to see if they could at least fix the issue but instead of providing customer service and helping the customer out, they said there was nothing they could do about it since it was ordered on door dash.
