TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service. I went in to purchase a dress and went up to purchase it. Waited in line a solid 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me only to get up to the front and for them to tell me they can only except cash, but they will hold it for me till the end of the next day if i write my name and phone number. I came in the next day in the afternoon asked for my item. The lady said that they must have put everything up and her response word for word was "guess you'll have to find it" I was heated in the face. She then preceded to go about what she was doing without offering help. I found the dress in a larger size because apparently the other size had been sold. I asked for a manager and they called up a manager numerous times waited for 25 minutes and preceded to walk out. I called for a manager and explained the situation and his reponce was " I'm sorry is there anything else i can do for you" I asked him to locate the dress in the right size and he pointed me to ceder hill. Drove All the way to ceder hill only for the dress to apparently have been "recalled" I will NEVER shop here again. I do not recommend this store to anybody and I would warn everyone against it unless TERRIBLE service...
   Read moreThis is the worst JCPenney in all of DFW. They close earlier than their Google hours in a spur of the moment manner. They inform you of their made up hours by having an employee stand at the door and turn customers away by shouting at you. They only have one dressing room available at all times. And then close said dressing room anywhere between an hour to 42 minutes before they are closing without an announcement over the intercom or any signs stating this policy which means they are wasting customerâs time, energy, and gas money coming to this horrible location. The customer service is non-existent and laughable at best. I had over $1000 in purchases I was ready to make, but cannot buy items without knowing which sizes I need to purchase. This is disappointing and frustrating as a consumer and I will not be back to this location. And I now understand why their business model is in financial turmoil and forced to close locations like this one. I hope you make better choices in the future....

She encouraged me to get a deep conditioner. She told me about the products she used and what I should also use on my har. She told me that I could purches the items off the floor as well. She told me that I should come back every two weeks to get my hair conditioned and back healthy. She was gentle and kind and caring. My expectations were low because that was my first visit, and it won't be my last. I told her that I usually wear my hair natural and curly. She told me the products that I should use for that too. I wanted another cut, but she said "lets get your hair back on a healthy journey, let it grow out, and then get the cut. I appreciate her honesty and consultation about my hair. I went into looking a mess and came out of the salon with healthy looking hair with a lot of body. I love my cutâŁď¸...
