My wife and I came in to Arbys, we were the first customers for the day, we stood at the counter for 15 minsutes before an employee then came up and rudely asked "what we wanted". After telling her our order she gave us our cups and didn't even ring our order up, after we fixed our drinks she told us the total, we tried to pay with a large bill, she told us she couldn't break it because we was the first customers and she didn't have enough change in her drawl. Ok. No problem, I drove across the street, to purchase something from a store to receive smaller Bill's, to pay for our meals, while my husband stayed at the restaurant with our drinks. After returning our food was obviously ready by then. We paid, and once again was treated very rudely! There was never a he, Welcome to arby's, what can I get you? But to give me a 'Ruben Sandwich' that didn't have any, sauerkraut barely any meat or cheese on it, and I the customer had to add my own lunch meat and cheese to it when I got home (at the price I was charged) is highway robbery!! If You could have seen the smoke coming from my ears!! Those Sandwiches should be presented as shown like the sandwiches advertised on YOUR COMMERCIALS. What happened? They used to great!! The price went up and the quality of the Sandwiches' went down. Shame on your Manager for allowing a product to go out like that. Every item should be inspected before it goes out. The girl was new but regardless in customer service your job is to be nice especially if the customer was nice to you, instead this girl got loud and rude just because they don’t carry Mountain Dew. Instead of suggesting mellow yellow or any other drink for that matter. She told the manager that I was rude to her when I replied “okay you could suggest something else instead of raising your voice, I’ll take mellow yellow” and the manager decided not to serve us! It is what it is but train your employees the correct customer service way! Not all customers are right but your job is to take care of them! I know I’ve been doing it for 14 yrs!
