McDonald's — Restaurant in Waycross

I'm done with going to this McDonald's during lunch and dinner time breakfast shift never had any issues but for the lunch and dinner hours it is by far the worst I have ever been to. I understand that they say they are understaffed which is fine but when you are taking 5-10 minutes per customer you shouldn't have the mistakes that this place makes. Almost every single time. On top of that on multiple occasions instead of waiting for more fries they will give you the few that are left and call it good and throw them in your bag. Clearly this is an issue the starts at the very top. I have given this place 8 months of business and the same issues occur every time. I will say that some of the employees are amazing and have great customer service skills. While others probably shouldn't deal with people at all. I would prefer to go into this McDonald's and pray things will turn itself around and hope for a different experience in a few months whenever I go back to try it. I can just lie so I don't hurt anyone's feelings but no one can improve there business if there not hearing both sides. The Bible says that " an open rebuke is better then hidden love." Meaning the guy who has been signing his entire life being told by everyone that he is great just to find out from Simon Cowell on American Idol that he really isn't all that great. Like I said I hope for a better experience...

Worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. I was never greeted at the speaker just told to "go ahead and order" after sitting at the speaker for a few minutes. I pulled through to the pay window where a woman was standing with her back to the window and eventually just left. I waited at that window for a few more minutes thinking shed come back . Then I pulled up to the window to get my food and Waited some more all while listening to the crew laughing and joking. My boyfriend pulled in a little after me to order the new frappe and he was never greeted and he was skipped. We waited another 20 minutes for just the frappe. When we got home the food is absolute trash. This burger patty has been sitting way to long before given to me and it's missing onions. If I could give no stars I would this is garbage. Highly disappointed and do not recommend this location!! This is not the first bad experience I've had with them. I do not agree with "If you don't like it go somewhere else". No I wanted to go there I spent my money there. I should be able to eat anywhere and not get treated like that. And no they weren't busy they were just lazy if you can all stand around making jokes and let me sit at the window that means...

while this mcdonalds is better then the one by the college it still isn’t great, I have been standing here for over 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention just to get some sweetener for my tea while everyone’s continue to makes eye contact with me and avoid me… it’s actually ridiculous. I enjoy coming to this one much better then the other one because the food taste cleaner. the food is usually good and drive thru runs faster but I would avoid coming inside because this isn’t my first encounter where I have been standing for a long period of time, the only reason we came inside is because we wanted to let my nephews enjoy the play area while we ate together but of course that didn’t happen because they forgot our happy meals which took 10 + minutes to make and now my food is cold.
