Arby's — Restaurant in Wayne Township

We ordered at the drive thru today at about !:30pm. They got the order right but the good ends there. The guy at the window gives a bad first impression. Seemed sloppy. That impression was confirmed when he handed us an overfilled drink cup that had soda pooled on top and it was running down the sides. We asked for a napkin so we didn't have ot spilled all over my car interior. He just said, " They're in your ( food) bag.....nice attitude. He did not ask if we wanted any sauces, salt or ketchup. My wife couldn't finish her roast beef because there was something gritty in it. We won't be visiting this...

I actually came in today in the drive thru. I got a Beef Gyro, no tomato, with a large fry and drink. Fries were good, since I munched on those on the way home, but when I got home, I found my gyro nothing as I ordered. I received a Greek Gyro with tomato. I am very disappointed since I actually didn’t like the Greek when it first came out. I’ll probably just give this to my grandma or someone later today when I work. The reason I’m leaving a review here? The cashier didn’t give me a receipt; or else I’ll be taking the survey. I really like Arby’s but this visit...

Worse place i will never come here again. I overheard a customer asking for a water cup while working with doordash and I was watching the situation and looking at the managers reaction looking at him like he's dumb and gives him an attitude and says water cups are for my paying customers only...
