Culver’s — Restaurant in Wayne Township

i have one complaint and i hope management/staff reads this. i love this culver’s, i work in the mall and i eat here all the time during my break. the service is wonderful, the food is great, but PLEASE make sure your machines are properly cleaned. i have a severe peanut allergy and after eating a few bites of a caramel+brownie concrete mixer from what i assume was an improperly cleaned machine, i had a bad allergic reaction and had to go home early to get proper treatment. please be mindful of those with allergies as i’m sure there are health codes advising you towards that. again, best service i ever received, and i love the location. but PLEASE...

Their malts and shakes are the BEST. I also really love their onion rings. And of course, the wisconsin cheese curds! Great tasting food, made FRESH, for real. My favorite thing from there tho... their root beer floats! Always has been my favorite beverage to order there. and always will be as long as it stays the same as it has always been from day one!!! Yummmy! Also, very generous with portions and sizes. Costs a bit more than other places. But its fresh and you get A LOT more than you do at other places. Will always be one of my favorites! I used to work in the mall and this location was always terrible… came back almost one year later only to end up waiting over twenty minutes for a double scoop dish of flavor of the day. I even got to watch as people who ordered multiple meals get their food before me. When confronted they tried to say I already got it since it wasn’t on their screen which was completely false… Save yourself the time and money and go to literally any other place in or around the mall because this place has some of the worst customer service and wait times I’ve ever seen in the...
