Stir-Fry-Express — Restaurant in Wayne Township

We came at 10AM and even though it's early the people serving the food were on their phones, touching their faces and then using those same hands with no gloves to stir the food. The beef in the broccoli was black like it was from yesterday. They were warming the food in the steam table which is against health regulations. The food was cold, and hard. When I asked the manager to please put mine in the microwave his only option was for me to wait 30 min then he could reserve me. I will never return and will report them leaving alone the gloves and hair nets but they are warming chicken this way. That can create bacteria and seriously get someone sick. The .manager was...

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The food was far too expensive for the low quality, and what really ruined the experience was finding three short black hairs in my meal. While one hair might have been something I could overlook, three in a single dish is unacceptable and disgusting. I informed the manager, who was very apologetic and refunded my family’s entire meal, which I appreciated. The place seems very unclean and we won’t be returning. I went to Stir Fry Express with some of my people served. The gentleman working there was so kind and so considerate, he paid for our meals. Not only was the food fantastic, but I had been having a bad morning that day and his dose of kindness made my day that much better. I will definitely be returning and I hope he sees this.
