QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Wayne

Beyond awful customer service! Ordered on the Mobile app (kids meal- for my toddler) so it would be quick and easy. The staff argued with me saying the had "no ticket" for my order,kept insisting I put a wrong order time. I said I put in "ASAP" they had no clue what that meant. They said their machine doesnt do ASAP. I showed them my confirmation email saying it was completed. Still arguing with me, telling me to go call support for the app. I paid for the order, and it was completed. I said it's probably sitting right there! SURE ENOUGH, it was there on the counter the entire time they were arguing with me. I take it, they forgot the juice. Also it was a plain cheese quesadilla (kids meal) and there were random chunks of red onion. BELOW IS ATTACHED PICTURES OF WHY I DONT CONSIDER YOU TO EAT HERE !! I would give a 0 star if i could !!!!!!!! Honestly the worst customer service ever i went to buy a chicken quesadilla and a bowl of rice and beans with chicken come to find out while im eating i find a metal bracket in my food !!! Gods honest truth on top of me finding this i almost died if i didnt chew before i swallowed my food i spent 20$ on two things i chipped my tooth while biting on the metal bracket luckily im alive and my chip tooth wasn't to bad or i wouldve sued honestly any one that gets food from here needs to INSPECT THERE FOOD THROUGHLY !! I wont be eating at qdoba at all !!! And the reason why i couldnt sue is because my lawyer told me it wouldnt be a case since i dont have bodily injury but im leaving this review to make it aware that qdoba does not inspect there food and you should go else where !! I'd call myself a bit of a burrito connoisseur. I've had more than my fair share of burritos in my life. I've had good and I've had bad. This officially is the worst burrito I've had in my entire life. The staff was rude, and when it came to the loading the burrito, it was loaded full of juices from the pinto beans, they didnt drain anything from any container. I ended with a soup of a burrito. Then when it came to wrapping, it busted open on the side and was not even fully wrapped, leaving exposed lettuce through the entire length of the burrito. It was entirely impossible to eat as a burrito. Had to dump it all out after taking the first bite. Then when I started eating it as a bowl, the rice is either uncooked or dried from sitting out too long, because there are crunchy sharp bits in the burrito. Amazingly terrible way to spend $12.45.
