I have been coming here every day pretty much for 3 years- I don’t even want to think about the money I spend here! However, the employees are consistently kind, welcoming, and it provides for a quick friendly experience- the manager is always there too and he is super nice! Yesterday, though I had my first strange experience in 3 years. I always order ahead and I include extra milk on my ticket and the coffee always comes perfect: yesterday a newer female employee put barely any milk so I just quickly asked if I could get a little more- she seemed to be in a really bad mood and I offered to help put it in and she said “absolutely not”. Her tone and energy was rude and very unlike any other employee I’ve met here- it made for an uncomfortable experience for me.. Despite the late hour, I decided to order a latte, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beverage. The latte was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of espresso and milk. It was evident that the baristas hadn't compromised on the quality of their craft. I truly appreciated the attention to detail that went into making my latte, even at that late hour. Parking was a breeze; I easily found a spot right by the entrance. The convenience made my visit even better. What really stood out was the staff. I politely asked for our drinks that were sitting on the side, being passed over for orders placed after ours. When I pointed out my drink was a different size than what I ordered, the barista held up the cup & pointed to the size printed on the label. Didn't offer to remake it, just looked at me. Again, I get it, it's a busy store. The barista who rang us up had already left for the day (while we watched our drinks on the counter), so I couldn't talk to him.
