Don’t recommend. I worked here for 1 day and the first day of “training” they expected me to know what i was doing. The ENTIRE store is run by high-school students and the pay is terrible, I am 5 months pregnant and when i tell you after the first 6 hours i was sick and tired of this place and the rude managers who work there, minus tammy she was the only understanding and caring manager. The other managers have no clue how to communicate with the workers and if they do it’s hard to tell, I walked in expecting for a Manager to help me figure out what I was supposed to be doing but NO a teenager younger than me was helping me and the managers were putting this one other girl on every other task in the store. She manages better than the actual manager and gets paid not even HALF of what the rude managers do. The day I went in to do my videos they didn’t even have a spot for me to actually sit. I sat completely sideways with a sticky and small computer. My Dad and Older brother came to the store just to check on me and my entire face was completely pale no color in my face what so ever and I was in tears because of how lost and how much of a burden these people made me feel like. I then 15-20 minutes later got a text that came through my apple watch saying be outside the store in 5 minutes i’m on my way to come get you this isn’t healthy. I then told the manager I had to go. The manager didn’t even let me know they had fired me and still hasn’t even tried to communicate that to me. 3/4 of the Teenagers working there were talking about putting in there 2 weeks notice that day because how bad they get treated and I will simply say if they do put there 2 weeks notice in the store will go to nothing. If I were you I wouldn’t support this business at-leased not in weatherford.
Not only was I scheduled from 5 to 11:30 i got there 30 minutes early to make a good impression and I was then told by other workers I wouldn’t be out of the store until close to 12 or 12:30 at night. Keep in mind this was my FIRST job and they were 100% aware of that fact and still put no effort into helping me what so ever. Both of the managers that were working at the time were rude and disrespectful not only to me but other people as well, and the workers quickly let me know that they were just like that and only a select few were on there “good side” when everyone there works there butt off as...
Read moreI went into the Weatherford Braums this morning at 9:15am and asked where the counter person was? Then the Lady older with Red hair arrived and I ask her could I order lunch? She said no only breakfast very rudely. I said what can I get that isn't breakfast? I was thinking maybe they had a salad pre made or something. She said nothing but breakfast or ice cream very rudely. So I turn around to leave and see some fruit and other items so I grabbed a potatoesalad and a banana and then I had to go over and ask again can someone check me out here or over there. Then the same lady goes over and checks me out at the grocery area and I said oh yeah can I get an ice water she said just in a cheap plastic cup with no lid. Then she said all regular drinks any size are a dollar.I said O.K. ring me up one then. She then says I have to go to the other register to pay for it. Then I said I want a cherry coke and she charges me a $1.08. I then eat and drink my drink and ask for a refill and she says if you want more cherry in your drink you will have to pay for it. I said O.K. but I do not have to pay for a new drink just the cherry syrup and she says yes. Then she rang it up and said I owed her $1.59. Then I said $1.59 for cherry juice the drink was only $1.08 but cherry syrup by itself costs $ 1.59 and I said nevermind I have to go because I did I had to get back to work. This lady was so extremely rude and This is the worst customer service I have ever received and if she is the manager someone needs to shut down this store. I reported it on a rate review because I did not know if she is a manager if she is I hope that the owner sees this review before he loses all of his or...
Read moreOne of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Ever Had I live less than five minutes away from this location, yet I’d rather drive 25–30 minutes to Fort Worth than ever step foot here again.
The service is consistently terrible. Management treats customers like they’re an inconvenience, and the staff seems irritated by the very idea of doing their job. Ice cream is often either melted or full of ice crystals—clearly refrozen—and they somehow can’t even get a basic banana split right. That is, if they even have bananas, which apparently they never do. According to them, banana season is always “tomorrow,” never today—meanwhile, every other store in town manages to stock them just fine.
Worse yet, if they mess up your order or forget something, they’ll act like you’re the problem for pointing it out. It’s lazy, rude, and completely unacceptable. What’s truly baffling is how much they seem to dread serving customers. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told they’re “out” of an item—only to walk inside moments later and find it in stock.
Just recently, I was told (again) that they were out of bananas for a banana split. Frustrated, I gave up and went inside to buy a pint of ice cream, only to see the racks full of bananas. When I asked a kind employee—the only one there who actually seemed to care—she told me they did have bananas available in the back and could have easily used the ones on the racks if needed. So why was I told otherwise at the drive-thru?
Whether it’s poor hiring, lack of training, or just pure laziness, something is seriously wrong at this location. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere—even if it means driving across town....
