I went to this restaurant two days in a row. The store was immaculately clean, or at least the lobby was. The two Jumbo Jacks were perfect, and the service was quick. Except that the girl at the register had no emotion kinda like she was a robot, but that first day, everything was good. The next day (yesterday),there were two people waiting for their food, so I stood quietly and patiently waiting for the others to receive their food. After a while, they got their food, and I stepped up to order. I stood there patiently for 12 mins while watching everyone in the kitchen doing their jobs. I went and sat down wondering WHAT'S the deal. I must add that there wasn't anyone else in the lobby besides myself after another 5 mins I loudly coughed to get anyone's attention the robot girl finally walked up to the counter and looked at me like what do you want. I ordered my two Jumbo Jacks and put the money on the counter, and asked to speak with a manager. Well, that's gonna take a min or two. Ok, well, I've been here waiting to order for 20 mins now, so what's another 10 or 15 mins? 2 mins later, a well worn out woman came out and walked up. What's the issue here. I think she thought I was gonna yell or get mad. I was perturbed a bit, but I asked her if the robot was the only cashier in the store. Yes, she is she said. Ok, well, I explained the situation and the amount of time I had been waiting, and I said I felt sorry for the robot girl and that if she had just said I'm the only cashier at the moment and can you please just be patient ill come take your order asap and explained that would have been way better than seeing me there waiting and not saying anything. The manager was looking like I was gonna ask for a refund or something, but I told her that I understand busy I understand that understaffed help can get flustered But I'll never understand why someone would not care about someone just standing at the counter and no says anything to the customer. The store was exceptionally clean, and the food was hot and tasty . If it hadn't been 25 mins to get 2 Jumbo Jacks I'd have rated the store much higher. I hope they get the robot...
Read moreDisgusting! I just moved back here from Las Vegas, Nevada & I was craving Jacks enrolls, because they are so awesome....usually!! I drove 9 miles into town, just to get some! They were so greasy they leaked through their box and the bag into my seat of my car, leaving a greasy spot on my new cars seat by the time I got to my brothers, which is only blocks away!! Then, I opened the box to find extremely overcooked, almost burnt food! They were so hard I could not even eat them! Then, after speaking with other people at church and my family about it they ALL said, "Why would you go there, They are horrible now!" Also, I believe in equal opportunity whole heartedly! However, if a person cannot speak English, they have ABSOLUTELY NO business working at a job where they have to interact with the public! PERIOD! I don't care if it's fast food or at the grocery store! If you can't communicate with patrons & that's your job, what are you even doing there in the first place? When it takes telling the person 5 times that you want a 3 piece eggroll with ranch dressing & they still don't understand and have to get someone else to take your order, there is definitely something wrong! Read moreif I could give less than 5 stars for the service I would do it today March 6th I ordered food for lunch I ordered several things including some large french fries mini churros at the moment I realized that they did not put the mini churros and I went back to ask for them, the very nice lady gave them to me, but I did not realize that they did not put the french fries until I got to my destination to eat the food, in the afternoon I passed by the place and asked if they could return the money, and I did because here they always do their best to provide good service. mmm bad idea at that time there was a girl who spoke Spanish, to which I began to speak Spanish and very rudely she told me that she could not do anything that if I wanted them to return something I should have brought the food and I said that was in the morning how am I going to bring it? Besides, I don't gain anything by wanting to steal some french fries and she told me, "Well, you're demanding them, you came to demand them, right?" She did so in such a rude way.
