Sub Shop Deli — Restaurant in Webb City

Ordered a A sandwich platter and specifically asked if it could be made a certain way and I was told yes it could I paid for it to be made that way and what I paid for and what I got was completely different. The meat was wrong the cheese was wrong everything was wrong the whole order was messed up. Ok, no problem mistakes happen so I wait three days for a callback after calling saying that the manager will call me back. I finally speak to a manager who is actually the owner only for her to say well that’s how it comes so I don’t know what you want me to do for you. I explain that what I ordered is not what I was received and I was open to any suggestions about what she could do for me as I wanted to place another order so I can get the correct order this time. I suggested maybe meeting me in the middle and offering a 50% discount she laughed and said no I will give you a free sandwich. I said ma’am our whole order was literally messed up and I don’t think that’s very good customer service being a small business… she still wanted to argue about how it was just the cheese that was messed up …I told her again …no it was the meat and the cheese and the whole order was messed up. She was very argumentative did not want to find a solution did not care about making the customer happy and then proceeded to tell me that she was too busy to Continue the conversation. I couldn’t believe that she’s the owner and wants this to be representation of her business. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!! That’s gonna be...

I've had subs all over, only sandwich to bear there's, is a small Cubana truck in New Orleans. So let's start. Service is off the charts, they love what they do and it shows. Patient, kind and helpful. Once you figure out what you want, they make it fast. From order to recirculation was 8 minutes. That's 8 minutes of them cutting the bread as well s the meat fresh. Toppings are just a fresh as the daily made rolls they put it in. The last thing you should know is the price, what would cost over 40 easily at another sandwich shop, 25 here. That's amazing considering how much deli meat can cost. Here, they load your bread, 2x more than what any other sub shop puts in a roll. We are programed now days, to believe that only a good meal can come from a large corporation, this place destroyed that ideology. If your having a party, their sub platters are 10x better than big blue box, and extremely fresh. For lunch, party or just road food, this is the place to go. Food was a 9.5 (only cause of that Cubana) Service was a 10 all day. Price was a good 10. In finish, you will not hate this place, it will win your heart from the moment they ask what can they make for you.

The waiters are kind and courtesy, fast service, the owners very friendly, outgoing people and I've tried everything in this store and the food is excellent. The bread is baked right in the store and meats and veggies are cut on site not prepackaged like some sub sandwich restaurants. Last but not least I have never had a bad experience with any of my orders. You can call ahead, pre-order the day before and the owners will also come in only day the store is closed to make orders for special occasions or get orders ready for the next day. I would recommend this eating establishment to anyone and everyone I come acrossed. My review isn't based on because my sister and her husband own it but from my own opinion and experience with the food. Everyone take the time and go by and order you a sub sandwich (6" or12"), spaghetti red w/garlic toast, beans and cornbread, nacho's, chef salad, sandwich and meat trays and my personal favorite the Taco Salad and of course the best brownies ever. Go by and see them at the Sub Shop Deli for the best subs around. Love ya...
