I’d give 0 stars if I could! I purchased a box of coils Monday night 6/9, I put the new one in on Tuesday then woke up in the middle of the night and noticed my vape wasn’t working. Come to find out they sold me the wrong coils. I go in there tonight, 6/12, to exchange them, I didn’t ask for a refund on the one coil I was using but the 4 left. They were still packaged. I was told once it leaves the store, no refunds. I am new to vaping and don’t know the name of the coil, I had my vape with me and even told them which vape it was and she looked on the box to see which coil it used and still gave me the wrong ones. Luckily it’s not a total loss because my husband uses those coils in his. I told the guy working I would no longer be giving them my business and he didn’t say anything. I got back to the car and my husband said he would go in and just buy me the right coil. He has a strong personality, he smarted off something and the girl in there called him a dick. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and manage a store, what she did was very unprofessional. She should have just asked him to leave. Because these are new products a lot of companies are treating their customers like they're drug dealers Who don't do refunds or exchanges. Instead of like a legitimate business operation that is responsible for the quality of the merchandise it sells.
