Taco Bell — Restaurant in Weirton District

It's been a good long time since I ate at this Taco Bell and will never go back again. And here why me and a friend of mine went to taco Bell in Weirton for lunch, me and her put our orders in at the same time andwe went to sit down until they called us. Well I noticed that they called my friends name before mine and I ordered before she did, and I didn't hear my name called, so I sat for little bit, thinking they were making mine,. But my name was never called, so I walked up and theyvwere doing but standing around talking and laughing, no one was doing any work, so i asked where is my food? And some guy asked what did you order and I said 2 chicken tacos and nacho cheese fries. And he said oh I'm sorry we haven't started it yet, I said mad as hell WHAT!!!!I have been waiting for 20 mins for my food. And they start making my food and they bring it to me, now by this point my friend was almost done with her food. So I get my food and I open it up and notice my fires weren't there, but cup of cheese was, so I bite into my food and it's disgusting and I opened my taco and they had put my fries on the taco, I was pissed, so I go back up and told them that they put fries on the tacos and tried to tell me that was how I ordered it and I said no the hell I didn't, because that is disgusting and no body in there right mind was do that. So I told them, you have 2 choices either remake it or giving my money back. So they remade it so. They brought the remade order and at this point I wasn't hungry anymore and didn't want it. But I ate it any way because I paid for it. So after I ate I walked out and told them I will never be coming back here ever again and they lost a customer, and were luck I call corporate. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this specific Taco Bell but this one was definitely the worst. I ordered on the mobile app like I normally do and everything was fine when I went to pick it up. When I got home and unwrapped my grilled cheese burrito I noticed a long dark hair baked into the cheese on top. It went almost the entire length of the burrito. I went back to the restaurant to show them what was wrong with it and when the manager came out for me to talk to the managers fingernails were brown and filthy. How can you expect to keep your staffs hands clean if the manager isn’t properly washing their hands? On top of that they didn’t really seem to care when I showed them the hair that was on my food. They acted like they couldn’t see it even after shining a flashlight on it and then just offered to remake it or refund me. No apology or anything. It is insulting to have a manager so easily shrug off and ignore something blatantly disgusting happening in your restaurant. I can’t imagine how many times I’ve eaten here and had someone’s dirty hands touched my food or have had a hair in it that I couldn’t see. I will never be coming back to...

A poor example of how a taco bell should run. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there something is missing from our order. We have two families in or property, we take turns for fast food night each week and the fact that we usually spend 70+$ to feed our families you'd think at least the order would be correct.... We love taco bell but after several months of leaving feedback and trying to catch the ear of someone in corporate with some form of explanation why this is a constant occurrence with just this location? No one has an answer ... It's a shame, if we want to enjoy the bubble guts that TB delivers we have to go out of our way to get the food from a different location that is accurate, not only is the order correct but also prepared correctly!! So I know it's not TB policy to rip folks off just like I know we aren't the only ones that the wierton location affects like this . Check your bags folks off your gonna eat there ... Make sure your items are prepared correctly as well as your order is correctly filled.. you get an F wierton taco bell...
