A heavily intoxicated employee (Anthony) and a manager (Mario) who doesn't care.
I went in to pick up my order at around 3 pm on Thursday, 06/26/2025. I stand at the front counter, and an employee (Anthony) just stares at me, he doesn't move a muscle, just stares at me. I try to ignore him, but this continues for over 3 minutes.
Eventually, I ask, Is there a problem? He says I look like a zombie and laughs. I say alright, I am just tired and overworked.
He then grabs an empty cup and brings it to his mouth and starts blowing into it, then moving it away from his face and towards his mouth over and over making noises like a child would when pretending to be an American Indian. This goes on for another minute or 2 before he throws the cup away and just stands there again.
Eventually another employee asks him to get my order. Anthony is so drunk he has no idea whats going on and walks in a circle. The other employee points to the full bag and tells Anthony to get a straw. He finally does so, but fails to fold the bag properly, looking at the bag like it's the first time he has folded any paper in his life.
Eventually, I get the food, and I ask the guy if he is drunk. he says no.
I start to leave and I hear laughing, and turn around and see him laughing at me. I go back and ask him if he has a manager here. He replies, "No Soy, No Hablo," Pretending that he now doesn't speak English.
I ask another employee who says the manager only works mornings, named Mario, and gives me his number.
I call Mario immediately afterwards, it goes to Voicemail, and I leave a message explaining the situation.
Mario never responded to the call and never got back to me.
I wouldn't trust the food quality of a store that allows employees to act like this while working. The amount of food safety issues likely occurring behind the scenes, if this is allowed at the front counter,...
Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered two Grande Sausage Breakfast Burritos. I had just had the same thing from the same location a few days prior so I thought I knew what I was getting. When we got home the food looked different than before (bigger and very greasy/wet), but we gave them a try. They were absolutely dripping with what tasted like buffalo sauce. It was soaking through the tortilla and everything. I called the restaurant to see about getting them replaced, and was told a manager wasn't there at the moment. I explained the situation to the employee on the line who said that he had made that order himself and that there was no buffalo sauce involved. He did say that the burritos do come with a sriracha sauce (which was either not present a few days before or in a much much smaller amount). We talked back and forth for a few minutes before he offered a solution... more salsa! He wanted us to come back down to the restaurant for more cups of salsa to put on our inedible burritos. I explained that I would prefer to bring them back in so the order could be remade or I could at least get my money back, but he still maintained that salsa was the answer, so I gave up. I have worked in kitchens before and totally understand that orders get messed up or things don't get made right every single time, but this seemed extreme (I wish I had thought to take a picture) and the employees unwillingness to make it right made this a very weird...
Read moreThis place isn’t even worth visiting whatsoever. Had a horrible experience at the drive through. We placed a simple order which shouldn’t have been hard to follow. As soon as we arrived home we reviewed our items and notice that a burger was wrong. We had asked for a number ten which is a Jack spicy chicken sandwich. What we received instead was a number 4 (a cheese burger). We had no problem with this, misunderstandings happen all the time, but we still wanted what we ordered so we went back to correct our order. We asked nicely if they could refund us and then let us pay for what we ordered. We were immediately greeted with an aggressive attitude by a white boy and some other girl. We pulled up to the window to pay. We simply asked kindly if we had gotten refunded, but this night crew employee responded to us with a rude attitude and made us feel dumb for asking a simple question by saying “yeah, I literally just did that”. There was absolutely no reason to get aggressive yet here we were getting treated with disrespect. Even after we had been treated with such rudeness, we said thank you. We don’t expect to have top tier service from a fast food restaurant, but we should at least be treated decently. The customer service from this place is...
