Edit: management responded to my concerns as I suspected they would. Excellent place to eat. I’ll definitely go back. In regards to my comment about Panda Express, I was only speaking about the process, not the food. This food is much better than Panda.
My first impression was “oh man, this is going to be really bad.” The sesame chicken and the orange chicken looked more like soup. The sauce was really runny and the chicken was floating in it. They basically imitate Panda Express in their selection and process. The table had food particles on it and the tray they serve the plate of food on was dirty and sticky. The server scratched her head and wasn’t wearing gloves. Ok, that was the negative; now the positive: This place could easily be a four star to five stars, and I see why most people give them that. The food was outstanding. The portion was huge and not to just distract you from the food. This was really good. Even the sesame chicken that I thought was going to taste mushy from the sauce was actually perfect. I’m a fat pig, and I was starving going in and still couldn’t eat all my food. I had just the two entree meal. Also, I really like the fact they saw Panda Express was doing well and borrowed their concept. Excellent! I really want to give these guys four stars. If management responds to this, which I suspect they will, I’ll definitely bump up the review and possibly remove the...
Read moreVery disappointed😞, I'll applaud those who had good food at this establishment. I was a first-timer into this restaurant. As I looked forward to a decent chinese meal. I was treated with just the opposite.. The sweet/ sour chicken was well over done, and dried out. The sweet sour sauce tasted fermented. The honey walnut shrimp was sitting in a pool of white goop that was un- eatable and looked like white cake frosting. The hole kicker to this is when I respectfully told the manager on duty that I was a fist timer to the Wok and Roll restaurant he shrugged his shoulders and went about his own agenda, never having anything to say. Nor was there any willingness to offer any other item or a refund. Nope, it was my first and last time with looking for a great Chinese meal at this place. Save your money, not worth the visit, especially if the manager doesn't care about making a customer feel welcome.. This is an announcement that it was NOT a 5 star rated restaurant. I left out all stars, yet it was somehow recorded as a 5 star review.. So basically, you have to rate some star review, or your post will show 5 stars without your knowledge... Nor did I put a red heart on my...
Read moreIt was our first time ordering here (ubereats delivery) and we were not disappointed. My hubs loves Asian food and said he was actually surprised he liked it as much as he did based on just looking at online photos. I didn’t plan on leaving a review so I didn’t take any pictures of our food. But we each ordered a 3 item plate and another plate to split bc he wasn’t sure if he would like the general tso chicken ($3 up charge for that option). Everything was fresh and delicious. The orange chicken definitely has that citrus taste to it which I love. The Mongolian beef was good too but there was far more veggies than beef so my husband didn’t like it (he hates veggies). Although I wouldn’t mind more beef it was still good bc I don’t mind veggies. I picked them out for myself to eat and there was only 6 thin slices of beef left two thirds of it was mushrooms/onion. The plates were stuffed and not skimpy at all. They also followed the preparation instructions and provided the utensils and sauces as requested. 10/10 I would...
