Fritz's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Wentzville

We have been buying fritzs at least twice a week for the last 5 years (yes, I blame them for my weight gain) until this season they have always been awesome. We noticed new younger employees were hired this season. On several occasions s we have witnessed unprofessional behavior from the employees. They mess around a lot and 9n I e occasion my husband ordered through the drive through and pulled up to the window. The employees wee Re turning all if the lights on repeatedly and laughing and screaming. Sure enough when he got home our order was not right. Two other occasions we ordered and when we got home our concrete were like soup. We went late and they were defrosting the machines too early because they didn't want to wait around until closing. About two weeks ago my husband got home from getting fritzs and sure enough our order was not correct. I called and 5hey said they would credit us next time and took our name. Tonight we got fritzs and told them that we have a credit because they messed up our order last time and the manager said oh I'm sorry you are not on the list. I was mad and said I don't care we come here a lot and last week we didn't get what we ordered. She slammed the drive through window and took one of the concrete off and handed my husband his receipt and credit card and slammed the window again. We expect better from fritz's....

The girl who waited on us didn't listen very well, she also charged me for a large when I asked for a small. Was it a large dish? No idea, cuz I'd never been here before. Ordered mint chip and I got chocolate chip soup. There wasn't any mint flavor to that ice cream and if I wanted a bowl of chocolate chips, I could have gotten some at the grocery store, cheaper. Lol Also, not to nitpick, but when there are several windows and several workers, let's pass the ice cream to the customer through a different window than where you order. My concrete sat beside the server while she waited on another customer. Then passed it to me literally in front of the other customer, reaching around him. Not very smart or efficient, but...

Went to Fritz's for the first time tonight expecting frozen custard like they have at Culver's or Ted Drew's. I got 4 toppings and got a large so it was close to $10... but I hardley ever get frozen custard, living so far from Ted Drew's. I wanted a nice treat. The girl handed me the concrete through the drive through window and it was like soup. Straight liquid. My boyfriend got an 80 cent ice cream (NOT FROZEN CUSTARD) from Quick Trip and it held together better than this. I had to tip my cup up and drink my custard as if it were a soda.. It was too liquid to even eat from a spoon. VERY DISAPPOINTED for a first trip here. To spend $10 on melted ice cream Is crazy to me. I wouldn't reccomend this...
