THEY DIDNT GIVE ME MY FOOD BUT THEY KEPT MY MONEY! If you've had a bad experience here PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I've done A LOT of business with this store so I'll start with the most recent debacle. Tonight I ordered 2 orders of Cinimos, Spaghetti and meatballs, and garlic cheese bread. After an hour and half I called to check the status because it was 30 minutes late, lady said "it's getting bagged now and it's on its way, sorry" and abruptly hung up on me. So food gets here finally (2 hours total) the food is very cold and my order was missing cinimos and garlic bread. So I called again and same lady " oh yeah we tried to call you to say we were out of bread," (Remember Ive already called once, she shouldve told me then). She then said "sorry we will refund that" then I heard LAUGHING in the background as she quickly hung up on me again. (UPDATE: 1 week later not 1 penny was refunded) The entire order should've been refunded but If I called back, I'd just get laughed at again. And after reading other reviews here I see that other customers have been mocked by the employees as well.
This isn't the first problem with missing food, cold food, or completely wrong orders from this store. But after being mocked its certainly the last time. I'm going to use social media to warn others. I recommend going to Stefanina's (pricey but much better food) and Cecil Whittakers pizza is just as good as Imo's, so there are plenty of alternatives. They might make a mistakes as we all do, but they won't mock you as they hang up for calling out their mistake.

We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, while two young ladies watched us walk into the restaurant, then the ladies proceeded to walk to the back of the restaurant without acknowledging us. My daughter and I stood at the counter, waiting while the young ladies took selfies behind the counter. I then looked behind the soda machine that's on the front counter and asked one of the workers, "we're we not able to order a pizza?" She replied with, "Huh?" I asked again, "Are we not able to order a pizza?" She replies with, "We're closed." I replied with, "Oh, online and on the door it says you're open until 11pm and the door is unlock, that's why we're here in the lobby." I had heard of you guys from them, and they swore up and down that you guys were unlike any pizza we had. Not gonna lie I was a little skeptical on how good you guys would actually be, but not gonna lie you guys delivered some bomb pizza.
So I guess my message to Imo's is keep doing what you're doing, cause it's working. To anyone who is visiting, I'd highly recommend giving them a try.
I'll be honest tho, if you're like me and from out of state you might wanna skip it, cause you're gonna be wishing you could get it locally.
9/10 Honestly I'd give a 10/10, but I only tried 3 pizzas, and I doubt I had the best you could offer. Next time we come back I'll for sure be grabbing me...
