My girlfriend and I are very pleased with the customer service given by the associate Rojai Norris. He was very knowledgeable, and very attentive. He was happy to help us find which mattress fit our needs.

Rojai started out by laying us on the most expensive beds labeled firm, soft, and medium. This was so that my girlfriend and I could understand the standard for firm, soft, or medium. We picked medium, which is the perfect blend of softness and support.

Once I explained that we were on a limited budget, we sat on beds progressively cheaper in price, until we felt we came to a happy point between comfort and price.

The bed we chose was a Beautyrest Dawson, which is a hybrid bed. The delivery will take a few days, however they are going to do the labor and take the old one with them when they leave.

We were also able to get 300 off our mattress and we were also able to get a set of bamboo sheets and two AMAZING pillows for 300, AND a revolutionary mattress protector, so basically we got the set for free if you equal out the discount on the mattress. We could have got an adjustable base instead of a discount, but we decided against it.

I'd like to take a moment to point out that I never felt pressured on the sale floor. I was able to actually relax and focus on my decision without having to shoo away a salesman. However, everytime I had a question, Rojai was right there with an answer!

We were happy to get a mattress with no down payment, and also 0% interest for the length of the loan.

I'm ultimately astounded by the level of service we received, and also the fantastic deal that we got! I recommend Rojai and the Wentzville Mattress Firm location to anyone looking for a new mattress...

Amazing business! I went in with my boyfriend to test out beds, even though we were both somewhat wary since we weren’t planning on buying for another few months and assumed we wouldn’t get much help. We were greeted right away, even though technically it was 3 minutes before opening (whoops!) Our saleswoman was friendly and full of energy, and it was insane how knowledgeable she was. Stephanie had years of knowledge and tips and information for us, and no pressure to buy—She even gave us ideas on how to improve credit and financing so that we could easily buy our bed when it came time. Every sleeping issue we brought up was immediately addressed and discussed, and she gave us so much help on how to improve our sleep patterns. We only bought a pillow for now, but I’m excited to go back now that I know there’s such a great company with such an incredible, knowledgeable individual running the scene. Not one issue! Great place of business! Can’t wait to return and buy our new bed!

Four months later, I and my now husband walked into mattress firm ready to buy, and Stephanie immediately recognized us and helped us find exactly what we were needing. She helped us find the right type of mattress for our son, and even helped us work out details for delivery for both of the mattresses we bought. She is so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable!! She found the cheapest price and discounts for us, and I can’t begin to brag about the outstanding job she has done! I want to be her best friend or just buy another mattress just so I can talk with her more 😂 This business has far surpassed all my expectations twice now, and I can’t wait to go back again...

On 3 occasions we went to the store located in Wentzville, MO and our sales person Jay was always so helpful and very knowledgable. After 3 visits of us changing our minds over and over on which bed we wanted Jay continued to patiently help us in making the best decision in choosing a bed that was right for both my husband and I. Not only did he answer every question we asked (and we asked a lot) with knowledge and professionalism but he also worked with us to get everything we wanted as well as making us a completely awesome deal that beat any other deal we showed him we had found on the internet or anywhere else. He was never pushy and always gave us time to discuss concerns and finances privately without trying to steer us into buying something just for the sake of making a sale.
