If I can give this place a 0-star rating, I would. To the district/region managers who are reading this, save your sorries. District managers need to re-train their restaurant-managers and employees. It’s disappointing that the District/Region managers don’t reach out to the customers who leave reviews on Google, it goes to show how careless they are. The Minecraft meal at McDonald’s has been out for a couple of days and I’ve had no issues at other locations across the valley. I’ve asked different locations if they can read a specific Part number/letter code on the bottom of the box for the little collectibles, and they had no problem doing so, and I got the collectible I wanted. However, this location said otherwise. They weren’t able to do such request. One of the guys there said and I quote, “Sorry sir I can’t open it up, we can’t do that, and we choose whatever at random.” My response was, “I’m giving you the information, and you are not opening anything up, you’re just looking at the bottom of the box and reading the Part number/letter code of the collectible I want. How come you’re choosing at random if I’m giving you instructions on what simple thing you can do?” Back to what I was saying no one wants to do their job at this location. This location is the worst one in all of the Mid-Valley. Every time I come here to this location, they are either messing up my order or taking over an hour to make my order. I’m already fed up with this location. Either close this location down or rehire new employees or management or have District/region managers step down from their positions. This location is 3.8 in ratings and just goes to show how everything in this location is running, and it’s running terribly. They do a lot of customers dirty here. I’ll be taking my business to Burgers King. I rather eat with a king than a restaurant...
Read moregod forbid i go to mcdonald’s and get everything i ordered!!!!! got some mcdonald’s breakfast earlier this week decided to not make food at home that day which i should have haha, anyways was told to park in the 1st one so that’s what we do a few min later she bring us our food and we are thinking they’ll bring our two coffees right out so in the mean time i take a quick look to make sure the food is in the bag (looks like they just threw everything in i had to wrap it bc it looks like they didn’t even trying to wrap it) thats fine. so about 15-20 minutes pass and i see everyone getting their stuff and leaving and still no coffee for us . my brother gets off to go and check on our order, lobby is full so that was another 10 min wait, one of the girls was just there doing nothing and talking but at least the manager was there giving orders. finally our turn and surprise surprise …..they forgot about us but hey they finally started making our coffees. that all took about 40 some minutes. got my receipt at 8:05 left around 8:50, so finally time to go home the food is kinda cold but definitely not warm. my brother opens his box of the big breakfast (hotcakes,egg,sausage,bread) but turns out they didn’t even put the hotcakes in !!🤣 shoulda just got a sausage egg biscuit haha. it dosent matter because all mcdonald are like this and i get its fast food but its always specifically mcdonald’s that we always get the same experience 💔 so we decided we aren’t going to mcdonald’s anymore lol it’s rare to get what i ordered and def not worth the wait. no hate to the workers just wanted to share how my experience at any mcdonald’s...
Read moreNgl I'm pissed AF. So long story short, I ordered through the app right for a big Mac medium meal, a shake and used my 6000 for a free big Mac for me and my brother. So as usual and having social anxiety, I used the app to pick it up at curbside but my brother told me to change it to drive thru since he was going to order something for my little brother and so I did. When we arrive and tried to pick up my mobile order, I got told it wasn't appearing. So I got off to see what was happening. I don't know if she was the manager or something but she told me it cancelled itself and because I didn't let the app know I was there. I was dead ass confused because it technically automatically lets the workers know you are there when you are near the McDonald's. So she told me the total, $13.62, and the 6000 points will be refunded back to me. I showed proof of the mobile order that it went through in a calm manner. So I just reorded the stuff again which is $18.59 on June 20, 2025 around 8:12pm So I went on about my day thinking I will get a refund but NOPE the card showed that it said PAID and I sent an email to McDonald's and CashApp to dispute this issue that the lady told me I was getting a refund and that she said it was CANCELLED. ugh the hassle I have to go through tbh... Even though I showed proof with the app that it went through like come on.... And my 6000 point gone too which was a treat for me. Ugh this is why I don't hit my local McDonald's and pick the one in Alamo, TX because their services are good and way better...
