THE SERVICE : JUST HORRIBLE, we came in at 6:30pm and ordered a Chicken Shwarma bow and a gyro bowl. I have Seldom seen such poor customer service. The young blonde girl that works there is RIDICULOUSLY RUDE and treated everyone like we were on her nerves walking in 30 minutes before close. I asked for onions on my food (which it should come with anyway) and she said “I’ll see what I can do! When it came out without them I asked her for them and she said “Ma’am we’re about to close and we’re extremely busy” and we close in 30 minutes! I looked around and said really because there’s only about 6 people in here and we’re 2 of them. When I asked for a knife and she had an attitude about that! The cashier was extremely annoyed with every customer that ordered and asked for anything and spoke to them very rudely ! All the customers were looking around at each other like WTH??!!!
THE FOOD: honestly the most bland and dried up Mediterranean I have EVER had! Rice was dry, chicken was dry, gyro tasted like OLD DRIED LEATHER and all of it was mediocre garbage at best! My husband was given a chicken wrap which was the guys order behind us. We looked in the box and told her it was wrong then she yelled back in the kitchen “this guy wanted a bowl can you make the bowl” then she came back to the table 5 minutes later and asked us did we eat out the box. When we said no she yelled to the lady in the kitchen “they didn’t touch it so we can resell it” I was like OMG WHAT!!!!! Then she turned around and served it to the table right behind us! We didn’t even eat the food because it was straight up as nasty as her attitude! There’s WAYYYY too many places to eat around there to be bothered with this! Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have NO IDEA how this place has this many good reviews! Nasty attitude, NASTY DRIED UP CHICKEN AND RICE and Nasty hygiene practices to go with it! Read moreI hate that I am having to give this restaurant 1 star as we have previously used it and the food was good. However, today I ordered the food from their website and it was delivered by DoorDash. Unfortunately, when we opened the bags, one of the items was missing so I called the restaurant. The young lady whom answered the call immediately went on the defense initially stating she double checked the bags and she knows she placed the item in the bags. She was very abrasive and I was so shocked as a customer, I called her out on it. She immediately backpedaled and admitted they were so busy she likely placed the item in someone else's bag. I asked to speak to the manager and she declined, stating he was not in at the moment. She then told me to come to the restaurant for another order but I explained that the whole reason we had it delivered to begin with, was because we couldn't make it there. She said she couldn't give a refund and that I would have to take it up with doordash despite me repeatedly telling her I ordered through her website and not doordash. I wasted so much time and energy on trying to get a refund through doordash but then realized they used menufy so contacted them. Gabby was awesome and stated she would reach out to El Prince as they have to refund me; she was able to get the refund for us. It saddens me that the customer service is so poor. Even the DoorDash driver mentioned she was very nonchalant and had poor customer service with him as well. I hope the manager/owner reads this and retrains staff as the food is decent. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at El Prince Mediterranean Cuisine due to the unprofessional behavior of the owner, Sameh. My family placed an order, and when I arrived to pick it up, he simply handed me the bag without confirming payment. I genuinely thought it was already paid for and left.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, Sameh repeatedly called my family’s phone from a no-caller ID, harassing us over a $16 charge. Even after I immediately sent the payment via Apple Pay, he left a nasty voicemail with unnecessary threats. As a business owner, his behavior was completely unacceptable and uncalled for.
To make matters worse, after I confronted him, he suddenly started apologizing and then attempted to promote his other pasta restaurant next door, offering free food next time. After this experience, we have no interest in returning. His handling of the situation was embarrassing, and he has lost a loyal customer. I would not recommend supporting this...
