Flipn' Fries Factory — Restaurant in Wesley Chapel

We traveled over 45 minutes to check out this place for the first time. Upon arrival, the vibe was lit, very family oriented & very responsive staff. While looking at the menu we noticed sauces that we were not too familiar with that comes on the fries. We inquired and quickly the cashier offered the opportunity for a sample. The staff was very accommodating and also offered their opinions and feedback. After sampling the bourbon and the honey garlic we decided to order the #2, known as the Kratewalker, one small and one large. This entreè did not miss. The fries were crispy enough just how we asked for them which addressed our concern about them being soggy underneath the meat and sauces. We did order the fries dry so that the sauce could be added in the amount that we wanted. On one of the orders we added bacon which had a nice crunchy authentic taste, the steak was seasoned very cautiously along with the chicken. My only recommendation would be for a larger portion of shrimp ratio. I would have liked to have more than 4 shrimp on the large order of flipn' fries. Overall our food was definitely a crowd pleaser and can easily see why it was a highlighted item on the menu. Flippin Fries Factory is a great spot inside Krate at the Grove! Service was impressively fast, especially considering how busy the area always is. There’s plenty of outdoor seating and the prices are pretty reasonable for the portions you get.

Their main deal is loaded fries, and the menu has some creative options — like Surf n Turf with grilled shrimp and carne asada steak in a honey garlic sauce. I went with the Buffalo Soldier, which comes with southern breaded fried chicken, cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch over fries. It was amazing!

I also ordered a side of garlic Parmesan sauce just to try it. My plan was to dip a plain fry in it, but the fries were so perfectly covered in sauce that there wasn’t a single dry one left! I ended up dipping the saucy chicken in the garlic parm, and the flavor combo was next level. I’d definitely order that sauce with this dish again.
