I posted a raving review 3 years ago and this Burger King has exceeded my expectations. I am a Loyal customer, for breakfast meals, Lunch and Dinner ! I eat there, at least once a day for one or the other menus. My 13 year old grandson and I love this place and I have adopted that fantastic manager, Jasmine as a granddaughter. My grandson and I dine in and find the restaurant, impeccably clean, and Welcoming, creating a great atmosphere to eat and read and do homework. The food is always freshly made. Nice thick, juicy Flame Grilled, burgers with fresh condiments. We have ordered practically every item on the menu, to include the dessert and drink menu. Even their “trial” burgers, leaving us craving more, like that “Maple Bacon Burger” that they discontinued. Now, that I complained about! What stands out the most is the staff’s willingness to cater to your tastes, which their competitors don’t. I like my bacon crispy and they don’t mind leaving it in an extra minute to get it just right! The young people that they hire are highly respectable and courteous. I walk with a cane, this 17 year old male was on break, eating, as I was leaving and he didn’t see my grandson, he immediately asked if he could help me to my car, and left me in tears!! I am reluctant to name their popular burger competitor, however, their burgers aren’t nearly as tasty, their staff is not nearly as efficient. Burger King stands head and shoulders above their competitors and are Second to None!! And to the person who found “Mold on his bread” please try to remember to take your burger out of your car, after several days, next time. BK is too busy to leave bread around that long. Read moreI would like to let the person in charge of this location know . My experience at the drive thru window. One is that they should have something to cover drive thru when placing an order. We where getting wet nothing to cover when you place an order. Customer service really needs improvement the manager you had on duty on this date 8/11/2023 at 12 :15PM not professional very rude. Unknown if she was having a bad day but you do not take it on customers.I have place an order and she decided to tell the person at the cashier. This people should have mention to get it separate slamming things. Instead of saying my apology let me help. She look like a manager but as a manager you should have manners and treat customers right. I’m not asking for nothing just to learn how to treat you customers. So before pulling off I checked thebag because I had issues at this burger King before and I let this young girl of color know that there's cheese on it. SHE HAD THE AUDACITY to say " Ma'am I asked you twice". I said no cheese and even confirmed on the receipt this girl who was maybe in her teens or 20s really needs to check her attitude. So after the dispute I was so upset I just come in and asked for a refund and then suddenly her demeanor chaged as if she's bi polar and asked me " did they make it wrong again after she argued with me for two minutes at the drive through in front of my nine year old son. The burger was slopped together and really gross looking so I wanted a refund in fear of retaliation to the food if you know what I mean.. so while the managers trying to process my refund after 10 minutes the girl that wanted to fight me at the drive through was really doing her best to provoke me a.d laughing to herself.
