Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Allis

First time I ordered here was off a gift card. I waited for an hour and a half (they said it would arrive within 45 minutes) and finally I called them to see where my pizza was. They said they had lost track of my number ( I don't know how this disabled them from delivering my pizza). They were really nice and said they would give me my order "free of charge". I was pretty happy. I ordered here again tonight and used my giftcard, which was suppose to have my full amount. Apparently the worker from last time lied to me, and still charged my card the first time I ordered. I told the person on the phone tonight about what had happened ( even gave the name of the first worker i had ordered my first pizza from) and the guy tonight gave me attitude and said I could call the manager tomorrow. I had to pay with my credit card for the rest of the pizza. When it arrived, the pizza was so greasy, I couldn't even pick up a piece without it dripping and everything falling off. I had to use half a roll of paper towel to soak up all the grease. I will never give this Domino;s, nor any Domino's my business anymore. Very unprofessional, very unfriendly, and very gross food.

These guys have come a long way from their not so distant past of cardboard pizzas and doughy flavorless cheesy breads. The menu and quality are seriously improved, and allow for a great deal of specialized orders. We prefer to order online, since our orders by phone tend to frustrate them a bit and take longer to place.

This location needs to adjust their ovens down a few degrees, the last few orders have been singed. Also, this location now charges a delivery fee, which now effects how much we tip the underpaid delivery drivers. Sorry, but we're underpaid as well. We may have to start ordering more from others (we're a weekly customer), rather than have to continue to stiff the delivery driver so their employer can increase profits. I know how Dominoes operates, and know they are collecting more with these delivery fees than they are paying their drivers. Knock it off or lose our business.

The "decor" score is zero because Google required a rating. This location barely has room at the counter for one or two customers to stand at the counter, so obviously they do not have dine-in at...

I ordered twist breads and they gave it to me raw. I returned to change it and the employee in the counter ask me what was wrong with the bread, clearly he was the one that pack them raw, he had no idea won what he was doing. But the worst part was the Manager i think the name was Josia. Not an apology only said I will give you new ones. When he was preparing the sauce he pit like half of the scoop of the marinara sauce because it was the last bit of sauce in the container. Obviously it was too much work to get a new container to fill the sauce with the right amount. When the breads came out I asked him why it was so little sauce and he just said that he put the correct amount (see picture). On top of that the guy was working with the food and wiping his hands on his butt to clean them. I told the other manager about and he just talk to the guy but like this was not important the guy kept working and didn’t wash his hands. This is the last time I come here. Hope the people that patronize this place take a look at the guys working before...
