I stopped in tonight around 9pm as I'm waiting for a cashier, a female employee exited the Mens restroom and went straight to the register And did not Wash her hands I then placed my order Hoping that she Did wash her hands in the restroom... As I'm waiting for my order I observe an employee making tacos stop and start scratching at her eyeball She turns to side took off her glove and dug deeper and more aggressively rubbed her eye she then walked towards the back for like 2 seconds came back Up front putting on gloves and started making tacos.... There is no way that she Effectively washed and sanitized her hands in the time frame that I watched her go behind a wall and come back putting on a different pair of Gloves.... I then asked the cashier for The manager and A refund because I refused to eat in a place where Food safety is not number 1... The employee continued to argue with me that she did Wash her hands as the manager was figuring out my refund I explained I am currently a restaurant manager who is certified by the state of Wisconsin with food safety And what that employ did was Unsanitary and it showed me that that place did not care About food Safety and ensuring their guests Will not become ill consuming their products I received my refunds from the manager I never received an apology and then the manager pulled the employee into the back Room as I exited the building

Read moreto give you insight on why workers are so rude, it’s because of how we are treated. i’m an ex employee from this location. i was promised to start at $14.50 and then move up to a shift lead position almost immediately. i was lied to and started at $13 an hour and was never given shift lead training. i never got hours i was promised and this would be blamed on me by my own gm for “calling out too much” when i called out once my entire time with taco bell. the gm then lied about how much i make on my government assistance paperwork which deducted 3/4 of the money i was receiving monthly and was told she would contact them after i left saying that paperwork was no longer get valid and never did. their own employees gaslight other employees into thinking they’re the problem when they’re not and when this is brought up to the gm’s discretion, nothing is done about it. we are forced to work in an environment that works against us as employees. that is why the employees at this location are rude. because we are mistreated...
Read moreA solid 3 across the board. It’s slightly astounding how often this location messes up orders. Three instances come to mind…Ordered a black bean breakfast crunchwrap, person put it in wrong and then asked if the screen looked right…we said no, asked to confirm that there would be no meat on the item and she said “there isn’t any meat on this” is a brisk manner (she input a california breakfast crunch wrap?? which i’ve never had before)… lo and behold, there was bacon!! Called & resolved issue w a team member, who was very kind. Most recently, we placed a late night online order, (black bean grilled cheese burrito, two grilled steak burrito) were asked if the screen looked right, (it did) and..we got two steak and one beef. :’) another time we ordered online for pick up during breakfast hours & the store just straight up wasn’t open with no notice/info. oh well. fast food. just a heads up for veggie folks- check your order, your food, and call to get a...
