I would give 0 stars if I could. Tony, the General Manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.
I attempted to place an order through their website, I got my order completely entered, entered my payment information, clicked place order, and the website bounced back and said that it could not submit the order. Even though the website page bounced back, I was still charged to my bank account $35.34.(the charge was NOT pending, it went all the way through.)
I went into the location to see if maybe the order had submitted anyway, or if they could just make the order since I was charged.
The first lady that came up to help me had an attitude and told me that since the order didn’t come through, she would not do anything for me, even though I was charged.
After I kept telling her that I was charged, so what am I supposed to do, she decided to go get the general manager, who was no help whatsoever. His name is Tony. He came out and asked me what the situation was and I told him. He told me that since nothing came through he refused to make the order.
He got extremely rude with me, accused me of lying, or that the charge was from a different time that I had ordered when I have not ordered from noodles in months and even though I was showing him my live bank account with the charge, and he told me that it was my problem, and not theirs since the order didn’t go through, even though I was charged.
Toward the end of the conversation, it was going nowhere so I asked for the corporate phone number. He said he would go get that, left and came back with no phone number. He then told me that I could call their store number and press one to talk with corporate. I went out to my car and called the number only to find out, it would not bring me to Corporate. I went back in and again asked him for the corporate phone number, because what he told me was incorrect. He told me that I was wrong, and that pressing one would bring me to corporate and refused to give me any sort of corporate phone number or contact.

Read moreTried to order online, but the system was down. I called the phone number for the store, which first takes you to an automated system to place your order. The automated system, which evidently runs on the same system as online, also couldn't place my order. When I got to a live person, she explained that she helps with order placement, but isn't in the physical location. She said she would call the West Bend Noodles location to have them take my order over the phone. After a several minute hold, she came back and said the store told her they wouldn't take my order over the phone, and I would have to come in. She apologized and said that is the first time she has ever had a store tell her they wouldn't take an order, since she started with the company. I should have just given up there and gone to a dozen other options in West Bend, but I wanted the Noodles store to know what happened. I drove to their store, which was busy, but not packed. There was only one couple in front of me in line. I told the store my story and how I was upset that now I would have to wait in the store for my food, instead of having it ready to pick up. Her only response was, "Yeah, we must've had a lot of orders." No offer of a discount or something free to make it right, not even a "sorry about that". She couldn't have cared less. Read morePlaced an order online for myself and kids. Set to pick it up in 30 minutes when I would arrive. I pick it up, went smooth and quick, drive 10 minutes to where we were going to eat. Realize, after my kids were already eating that my Penne Rosa, that was supposed to have alfredo sauce instead of the regular sauce, had BOTH sauces. It smelled like vomit!! After my kids finished eating I drove 10 minutes back to see if I could get the correct platter. Manager got it to me in about 5 minutes which was awesome! I was understanding, especially because they were super busy. Then I drive 30 minutes home to eat at now finally 8:00 PM and all I got was noodles, Alfredo sauce, and parm cheese. This is NOT Penne Rosa with Alfredo instead of reg sauce!! Come on people, its not that hard!! Then I called to let them know that it was not correct again and was going to ask if I could come back tomorrow and get the correct food, BUT they didn't answer the phone. So, I will refrigerate both bowls of food and bring them the whole 30 minutes back tomorrow and request the food that I actually ordered.
