The only reason to give one star is because they were able to fit my son in for a walk in haircut, who by the way is a year and a half old. I'm mad at myself for not getting our stylist's name, but also that I still tipped her after her horrible service and really only because she was able to get us in right away. She had the personality of a wet cardboard box. Didn't try warming up to my kiddo, just started the clippers right away...which of course startled him. I asked if she could wait a second so I could get a movie going for him, and she ignored my request. I even tried making conversation and cracking a joke, with no smile or friendliness at all she matter of factly and quite rudely replied 'NO' I also tried giving my son a sucker (which I supplied because this really helped at his past cut) to help sooth him and had to throw away 3 different ones because she didn't even TRY to avoid getting hair on the sucker. This was a terrible experience and we will not be returning to...

Do NOT see Maureen. NOT kid friendly. The lady that greeted us was very nice, HOWEVER the lady who cut my 5 year olds hair was so disgruntled and took 3 mins to cut his hair. She didn't introduce herself and rushed through his hair cut. His fade was uneven and she had major gaps between his fade. I asked her to correct it and she seemed irritated while I watched her fix his hair. Then I find out she's the Manager, Maureen. Then after she finishes the second time I questioned a few spots and instead of showing me that it's just the way his hair lays l, she calls over another girl to check his hair. Crystal spoke to my son like you should speak to children, she showed me that the fade was even and answered all of my questions. Nothing good to say. The waiting list is almost never honored. The last time I tried to get a haircut, the list gave me a waiting time of 86 minutes with an approximate time of 3:46 I showed up at 3:10 and the waiting list said I still had 86 minutes to wait. At 4:15, the waiting list had me in first place, with a wait time of over 30 minutes. If this were the only time this had happened, I probably wouldn't have said anything, but it has happened several times.

If the service were great and the haircuts above par with the competition, maybe I could understand. But, the haircuts are only marginally better then what you would get at in a High School beauty class. The only reason I kept coming back is because of lack of other option in this small town.
