Finally tired of it.
The manager made my sad burrito this evening...skimped out on most the ingredients, particularly the meat, then didn't even bother to roll the burrito up but instead sorta just folded the burrito in half and used an extra sheet of tinfoil to keep it together. My burrito leaked out everything into the tinfoil, fell apart when I unwrapped half of it, and is maybe 2/3 the size of a normal burrito.
1 stars because at least it's Chipotle and still delicious but this isn't the first issue my wife and I have had with depressing portion sizes and poorly made meals.
It's so bad we won't order online anymore from this location because every single time we do the meal is wrong, cold, and simply not at Chipotle's historic quality level.
Additionally, a couple months ago I had to ask an employee to change their gloves before getting near my food because they picked up food off the floor then proceeded to wash his gloves off, instead of changing them or washing his hands, and move towards making my food. Even though it's probably safe, that's pretty awful to do in full view of customers.
I normally wouldn't post a review but as a long time Chipotle customer in multiple states, this location is sub-par and other people need to know.
Sucks because we've both worked in food service and know how it goes...and we hate the idea of being 'those people'. When a poor manager makes bad decisions or fails to perform their job correctly the whole team suffers.
Would not recommend unless you REALLY want Chipotle.
Also, no I don't want the company or manager to reach out and offer anything to make up for our experiences.

Read moreWe have been a 2-3 times a month customer of this location since it opened. This is one of our go-to places because of dairy and celiac in our family. Up until the last year or so, it has been good. However, that has all changed. The last several orders have been extremely disappointing, and our last one is the last straw. First, it was an app and in store order combined. The app order was missing items( chips and tortillas), and the rest was shockingly poor on quality and size. I ordered a grain free lifestyle bowl with chicken and carnitas. 4 pieces of chicken were found, 4... Also, there is no lettuce( as pictured compared to online pic) when it's supposed to be a salad. The chips we did get are so small for $2 bucks you can see the bottom of the bag( as pictured with a line showing how full it is). Portions have gone down to 1/4 the normal size, but prices have gone up. On the in store order, my daughter can only have rice and beans because of health reasons. It's usually 4-5 bucks, but they have now insisted its $7.85 called a three-pointer( as pictured) 8 bucks for a side of rice and beans, seriously, and not a good portion either. This is only 1 example of many recent orders. Paying $51 for 4 people, 2 of which is only a few items and everything is half the size is ridiculous. We could have gone to Olive Garden for that. I would expect the company or owner to respond to this and make things right, but I have a feeling that will not happen, as they haven’t answered others. Wow, you have lost another...
Read moreI have never been one to leave reviews, even when I have a somewhat bad experience. I just shrug it off and give the benefit of the doubt… but this is RIDICULOUS.
We have been regularly coming to this location for years and over the past month or so, it has fallen apart entirely.
The sanitation is probably my biggest problem at the moment. Today my daughter orders a kids quesadilla and half the food spills onto the dirty surface to which they just smeared the food back onto the tortilla and looked back at my daughter with a scowl. They use the register with their gloves on and then go back to touching food. Another time a gentleman behind the counter was ringing us up and then had to readjust my wife’s build your own tacos with his bare hands. And not to be rude but dude hand not cut his fingernails in QUITE some time.
The energy is terrible in there. The communication between the staff is so poor that it literally holds up the lines. I can’t remember the last time i heard music playing in there either.
I’ve spent so much money at my favorite place to eat over the years, and now we don’t even want to step foot in the building. Business owner to business owner… I would want to know what was going on to help improve.
