My partner and I stopped here for dinner as we were running some errands in West Branch. We live about an hour away from home and headed straight here after work, so making dinner at home was not ideal! I also wanted my partner to try one of my favorite wraps from Arbys that I get on my way to Kirtland sometimes, and their refreshing (I want to say homemade too?) lemonade.
The employee that took our order was very cool and understanding. Conversing with her was very nice. I wish I got her name because she was absolutely outstanding with her customer service. She suggested mixing all the lemonades together for a drink instead of just one flavor (her intuition was right on me wanting to get lemonade! lol )I was intrigued by her suggestion and asked if we could do exactly that. She had no problem with it at all and was even happy to do so, even seeming excited to have another person try it!... and let me tell you, it was AMAZING. I will be coming back to any Arby's location just to grab this!! It was sweet and so refreshing, if i had a whole jug of this id be one happy camper!
After getting our food and finding somewhere to sit, my partner and I started unwrapping our food. Me being my clumsy self and not noticing that one half of my wrap was hanging too past far the edge of the table, it toppled over onto the ground before I realized what was happening. I've worked in the food industry before and if I knew anything, usually businesses are pretty good/chill with this sort of thing. I went up to the front and told them what happened and asked if I could get another (half) of a wrap or something else to compensate it. If not, I was perfectly fine either way and just wanted to ask. The employee that took our order and from before was unsure but had her manager come over. They were pretty cool about the whole thing, getting me an entire WHOLE NEW wrap within 30 seconds after asking. One of the employees from the back even asked my preference on what kind of chicken for it! I applaud this team for their service as it has made a gigantic difference for me, even though this seems so little. I had been having a rough day and this absolutely turned it around for both my partner and I. They have great people on their team!
On a side note, I also asked if we could have an empty cup. They gave one without hesitation and that was incredibly relieving. On our way down to this location, we stopped by a gas station to try getting an empty cup and they wanted to charge us 50c for it :( not a big deal, but we still found it unnecessary.
Thank you so much Arby's employees and staff. As ive said before, this experience has made my day so much better, and you guys have never let us down once. Please keep it up! Kindness goes a long way!!
May I also add that the food was spectacular. I love your crispy chicken wraps and my partner did as well.

I ordered just after another couple ahead of me. The a few minutes later another couple came in an ordered. We all went an found tables an sat our things down filled our drinks. Sat down an waited for our food. The last couple that came in got their food. The couple ahead of me still had not got their food yet an neither had I. I was OK with that maybe theirs was easier to make. Or already made or any number of reasons no biggie.. Then the guy whom took my order came out to say. He was not sure why it was taking so long for our food he was going to find out.. He comes back a few minutes later apologizing for our food being late says it's foul what they are doing to us hands us our food an says I will be back with deserts.. We did not order deserts.... We start eating.... We are almost done he comes back checks on us an asks can I get you a cherry or apple turnover.. We all said no thank you an sent him on his way.. He was very nice an polite considering.. A few minutes later he comes back over says he was sorry again an tells us he just don't understand there is 2 managers in the back making our food their is no reason for our wait he hopes we will come again. Read moreEdit: Went again a few days ago, only because my significant other requested. I don't think I will be back. Honestly, I have not had worse service anywhere. The employees seem to be stoned out of their minds every time I visit. Worst of all is the woman who wears a manager shirt, short with dark hair and glasses, she is nothing but rude whenever I go. I said multiple times, politely, no whipped cream on the shake. What did I get? Whipped cream. Why, why, why is it so hard to adhere to a simple request that was mentioned more than 3 times at the speaker which I could BARELY hear the employee through. I hate leaving bad reviews but I want to warn y'all - visit at your own risk!
I'll give three stars but to offer any more would be lowering my standards. It's really a hit and miss at this place.. they never seem to get my order right no matter how many times I politely repeat myself at the speaker. When I receive my food, 9 times outta 10 I am missing something I ordered and my shake has whipped cream on it. I could understand simple mishaps when there is a wrap around of cars behind the building, but when I'm the only person in line, it just seems unacceptable.
