McDonald's — Restaurant in West Branch Township

Update 11-29-22... I'm sitting at home minding my own business and the management has caught wind of this review and went out of their way to text me and call me out of my name and call me a lowlife. All because I want them held accountable and to be re educated on food safety and allergies. Her name is Rhoda and I'm being harassed by them now. Good try . The managers don't care about employee safety. They treat the young people working there like pee-ons. The employees are great and work hard but everyone in a grey shirt needs a reality check and learn how to treat people. Don't go here if you have any allergies, the last Big Mac I had a month ago made my throat so itchy I had to go home and take medicine. They don't understand cross contamination at all. They know I have a fish allergy and didn't care so I'd keep your money and not spend it here if you want you money to go to a morally correct establishment because this...

I’ve been to many McDonald’s over the years however, I have never been shown such kindness that one gentleman that worked here the morning of 5/31. I made a mistake on my mobile order and forgot to order my breakfast sandwich and was so disappointed when they told me I only ordered a hash brown by a young lady. A young man came from behind her and asked what I ordered and ran and got it for me. When I offered my card for payment he refused, gave me a smile, and said “have a nice day.” He genuinely was so kind to me and I was shocked that someone working at McDonald’s would care that much to make sure I got my sandwich and for free too. He was polite, kind, and had a smile on his face unlike most McDonald’s workers that are just throwing your food out the window. It made my day and I hope this young man gets recognized for his service...

Obviously McDonald's is probably by far sold more Burgers than any other entity in existence. I would love to own a McDonald's one day. But I have to say I took my motorcycle out to this McDonald's as I normally do in the summer, they also have a three to four lane parking spot for bikes too. At any rate I was able to eat in, every place I've been to you since this pandemic has subsided, I have to say, have been the cleanest more aware of cleanliness, and all the staff seems happy as ever. In my opinion this McDonald's has to rank in the top five out of every McDonald's in Michigan. Therefore here's five stars!
