We went through the West Branch store on a Wednesday evening. A stocky blond caucasian gal was running the window. We placed our order, was given a bag and noticed our bottled water was missing. We hung out at the window and waited for staff to come back. The previous mentioned gal was short tempered, asked what do you need yet? We didn't get our water, she passed it out the window with negative facial expression. We checked our food and found two one patty burgers where two, double cheese Rally burgers should have been. I took the burgers inside, presented them to the same gal. She said they had one patty because it was a bigger patty than usual!? Nothing posted said that would be the case. When inquiring about not wearing gloves while putting meat on the grill, the shift manager became verbally assaultive. She stated she cooked for five years. The grill was cooking at 600 degrees and germs would be instantly killed. I mentioned gloves are needed to handle food. She became more sarcastic and turned it around to seem as if I was reacting for no reason. We where so upset. We couldn't eat our dinner. Why should we have to be insulted to ask for product we paid for? Why be yelled at when requesting gloves be worn?? Five years of service, cooking without gloves and putting one patty of meat on double patty burgers? We hope service and glove wearing returns to Wednesday evenings in West...
Read moreI was charged an extra $14.99 for wings I didn't order. I was kind and understanding when explaining the discrepancy and requesting a refund. They supposedly refunded me a total of $17.36 (for ranch as well) and I still haven't received it. This was 2 weeks ago! Still no sign of my refund. I called a few days ago and was told I need to consult with my financial institution. I explained that I just so happen to work at my financial institution and have seen absolutely zero hint of a refund. The problem is on their end. It's my money & I want it now! That wasn't fair. I'm kind and polite but nearly twenty dollars to be ripped off of is pretty excessive and...
Read moreIt's not quite the Rallys I remember from childhood. The food is no longer cheap, and is really, astronomically expensive. The guy ordering in front of me was pretty frustrated and I soon realized why - there was a robot taking orders. (Sort of like those automated phone calls some businesses have now.) Although I myself didn't have a problem ordering, it made it take much longer than any order normally would have before I got my turn to order. Also there were still employees working inside to take my payment, so I don't really know why they use robot ordering. The food itself tasted alright. Definitely not as good as I remember, but...
