I arrived in line at 10:28am. The clock had just clicked 10:28 approximately 10 seconds prior to me arriving in the line. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I was in lane 2. The first car (was almost finished ordering) and as I'm pulling up to order at the speaker the clock strikes 10:31. I order a #1 combo chick-fil-a biscuit. And, "oh I'm sorry, sir, we don't have breakfast anymore"!!!!!!! Did they just all the sudden throw everything away?? How were they going to fulfill the orders of so many cars ahead of me? Had they really just run out of breakfast when I pulled up? I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT!!! What about the 3 other cars in lane 1 that had arrives before me and likely wanted to order breakfast as well? "All your breakfast is gone? You don't have anything left??", I asked. "Lemme check", he replied. Sir, I just taliked with the executive director of the kitchen and they said we don't. By this point there are 2 other cars behind me and I can't move forward or backward and they "apparently" don't have breakfast anymore. I guess it was all magically whisked away to tomorrowland at 10:30:00. This is not the first time this has happened at a Chick-fil-A. Dude, let's just say I was angry and very frustrated. Needless to say I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CHICK-FIL-A EVER AGAIN! NEVER!! NOR WILL ANY OF MY IMMEDIATE FAMILY EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!!! There should be a zero stars button/option. I would...
Read moreMy son and I took his two children ages 3&4 so we could eat and they could play in the indoor play area.
It was around 6:30ish and the place was PACKED on a Tuesday. The line moved quickly, the food was delicious, as always and we were able to find a booth to sit in.
The cow mascot walked around, took a picture with my grands and they loved it.
They also had a fun magician that walked from table to table, entertaining the customers and that was fun as well! He was great!
The staff, as always were polite, efficient and friendly. Love that and it’s rare to find nowadays.
My only complaint was the playground. Adults as well as teens and kids way too old were in there running and climbing on everything. I was afraid my grandsons might get hurt. The sign said ages 3 and under or something to that effect. The teens and older kids were loud and wild. The play area itself was very clean and had cubbies for the kids shoes. Organized and fun. In good condition and safe.
It was the customers. Just wish they had staff to enforce the rules first safety as it’s a small play area. But again, the place was super busy.
Other than that, we enjoyed spending our time and money at this location and would go back again! We went to the one close to the Voice of America Park, where we had taken the kids to play...
Read moreTuesday’s at 9am there is an annoying group of old people that meet here. Catholic group of some sort. They will spend 10 minutes dragging chairs around to suit their needs, interrupting any semblance of peace and quiet in the restaurant. As the woman is adjusting chairs she will literally get her behind IN the personal space of your booth. Then if they don’t like the lighting they will come into your booth and adjust your blinds. I chose my booth because the sun was coming in and then some geezer leans into the booth and starts putting the blind down like he owns the place. Since you are the generation that darn near destroyed this country with social security and welfare, I cordially invite you to piss off and leave my booth alone. I’m paying your bills, the least you can do is keep your hands to yourself.
Steer clear on Tuesday mornings at 9. I will from now on. The restaurant needs to remind these people to keep their hands to themselves. Likely useless as they haven’t learned that lesson by 70.
I know chicfila loves religious groups meeting at their restaurant but this group is more than I can handle because of their behavior, not their...
