Treat your customer the way you want to be treated. I don't come to this Chipotle often because they're always out of EVERYTHING! However, I was hungry after a long day and thought I'd grab me a bowl. ONCE AGAIN they were out. Out of lettuce & fajita. The young man who was helping me did let me know that they didn't have any lettuce so I changed to a bow attempting to not have to go to another Chipotle. Well... then there was no fajita. Since there was so many items missing, I asked for the guacamole to be free. Instead of giving me the guac, this young manager decides to go back & forth with me about why he wasn't giving me the guac for free. I stated that I wasn't about to argue... either he was going to give me the guacamole for free based off the fact that ONCE AGAIN their out of stuff.... or I was going to walk away & spend my money somewhere else. His response was, "I'm fine with that." I said, "cool... have a good day." This makes me understand why you all have 2.9 stars. You can't be insufficient with your ability to keep up with inventory & have bad customer service! Pick one!!!... you can't do both. Once people hear that your customer service sucks.... there goes the business. ALWAYS seek to please the customer because bad service gets takes about quicker then good costumer service, & can kill your business. This Chipotle has lost my business for LIFE. Read moreThis was my last hope for a decent Chipotle location!!!! I stopped ordering from the Chipotle location 1.5 miles from my house because the customer service is HORRENDOUS, not to mention it’s CONSTANTLY dirty and the team seems more concerned with socializing than service. Due to many pitiful experiences at the Monroe location, I travel 15 minutes to this location (VOA). This may be the last time I do so. I arrived with my nephew to order for him and his 4 siblings. We waited in line for a good five minutes behind another customer. I anticipate she was waiting patiently for a while because she spoke up and said “hello,” and asked is there anyone to take her order. This happened after we waited patiently as well. Two associates were working on the soda machine, another behind the service line. None of which acknowledged any of us waiting in line, even when the young lady in front of us spoke up. The guy behind the food line left and went into the back, we wait. Two more customers come in behind my nephew and I. The two employees at the drink station then go into the back as well, neither of them acknowledged any of us. All three come back out and the young lady team member directs the young men to get the orders, great! Read moreEvery so often I try this location because it's closer to my house and forget why I stopped ordering here. Chipotle is always uneven, but this place is an absolute disaster. Guaranteed your pickup will be both late and wrong. My lunchtime order in particular had no fajita veggies on a veggie bowl and fajita chicken bowl because who knows. Didn't find that out till I got home of course. Meanwhile a lady patiently waiting on her lunch break for almost 30 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready for pickup was on verge of tears because she kept being asked by the front line staff if she was sure she ordered from that location because her order wasn't showing. She had proof and showed it no less than 4 different times and yet they still persisted to tell her they couldn't give her food. They kept going in the back and coming back out telling her they didn't have her order, walking away. It was insane. Finally the manager came out and said she would make her food after a number of other people sympathizing with her plight backed her up. What a disaster. NEVER again. This franchise location needs to be shut down and reopened by someone that has a clue. Nobody should have their day ruined just trying to get some food on their lunch break.
