I left this location today extremely upset with the service. The waitress, Shenika J., does not need to work in the food industry is she will continue to have a nasty attitude and negative preconceived notions towards young people of color. She is a skinny, lighter-skinned woman with a bald fade. Her entire demeanor was rude and very ugly of her. We watched her interactions with other tables and she was so pleasant. She smiled and waited for them to answer. When it came to serving our table, she had a passive aggressive tone, she rushed us, anytime we gave an answer she’d quickly respond “anything else” as if she was trying to get it over with. We had an issue with one of the meals and as my sister began explaining, she quickly said “okay” and walked away. My sister was not finished speaking and even then she did not give any resolution. There was no apology from her, no empathy and no sense of professionalism. She did not inform us she was grabbing the manager and the first manager did not address the table stating he was the manager either. We asked for the manager again because we thought she grabbed a chef and asked him to speak to the table. Another manager came to the table named Randall. He apologized and explained that she was a season part time worker who only worked 1-2 days out of each month. He actually spoke to the table and heard our concerns and gave a solution to the issue with the food. Unfortunately, as far as we know he did not communicate with the waitress of the solution. She came back to the table and still made no attempt to fix her unpleasant behavior. She did not come to the table once to check on us and we had to ask for water refills. We called for her and she ignored us more than once. She motioned to slamming the checks on the table. We paid the bill and all decided because of her nasty behavior she did not deserve a tip. As we were leaving we walked passed the floor manager, Randall, and she made a nasty comment and made sure we heard. She said, “this is what happens when you are nice to people who don’t tip” and I told her she did not deserve a tip. The fact that she thought she deserved a tip after her vile, cold behavior speaks a lot to her character. She is a terrible representation of the company and I came back in to get the corporate information to file a formal complaint. My family and I tip very well and we would have have a nice tip, but her behavior was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. She deserves...

Ordered takeout on a Saturday morning looking for a healthy breakfast trying to avoid a fast food chain.
When I initially called to place an order i was told by the staff that i had to order online. Which i find it inconvenient since they already had me on the phone.
I placed my order online, went to get coffee from a nearby coffee shop, and by the time i got back my food was still NOT ready. Total wait time of 20 minutes for a takeout order.
As soon as I opened my food, I regretted my decision! This place has fast food quality food with upscale prices.
I ordered the HUEVOS RANCHEROS. As person with a Mexican background, i know that this dish is renown for their spicy kick with a lot of tomatoes, onions, and the salsa. The eggs are supposed to be served on top of SLIGHTLY FRIED FULL round tortilla.
The meal was nothing of the sort. I spent the first few seconds flabbergasted and confused- I didn’t know if i had been served CHILAQUILES, nachos, or a completely wrong order. The cheese was not even melted in! Huevos means eggs and the dish had very limited amount.
They need to rename that dish to chips with SOME eggs or give a better description on the menu!
These huevos rancheros are made with 80% tortilla chips. 10% eggs and 10% beans, cheese, and pickles- chiles maybe??
The potatoes were also excessively fried and over salted. Couldn’t finish them cause my sodium threshold was reached after a few.
The third and final straw that broke the camel’s back was the cookie dough waffle. It was bland and Untasteful.
All in all, I had a very unpleasant food experience and will not give them another try due to their many misses on all the items i ordered.
Needless to say, I didn’t finish any of my food.

Read moreI went to the Liberty Township, Ohio location on June 22, 2024. This was only my second time going to this restaurant. The food was good. Now for the other issues 😳. We were seated next to a window. The table was small as it was for two people. First, the napkin that wrapped my flatware had orange juice on it. I showed it to our waitress and she got me another one. Opened the second ones up and saw that the knife had a moderate amount of dried food on it. Took it to the hostess desk and explained that this was the second problem. They gave me two sets of utensils in case there were more issues 😲. While eating I noticed a dead fly right next to me on the window sill 🤮. REALLY? So the people who clean the tables and the area didn't see it? He was real dead. Legs straight up and all. Next I asked for a take home box. It came with a nat FIRMLY and most tenaciously planted on top of the container. I kid you not it never moved even when the box was moved and the waitress took it away. Soooooo I asked to speak to the manager "Omar" who came to the table. His only response was "Sorry about that" and walked away. As I was leaving out I mentioned to him that I was disappointed in his response and lack of offer to make some type of adjustment on our bill. He responded that nothing was wrong with the FOOD so he wouldn't take anything off the bill. His attitude was as though we were trying to get a free meal. The nerve! To heck with the fact that everything else was bad! I told him that I was going to leave a bad review. Again, he was unmoved and gave me a QR code to do it!😱 Sooooo needless to say I will not be back. I have had nothing but excellent food and service at First Watch. Apparently Another Broken Egg has forgotten that they are not the only restaurant that sells breakfast. I'm sure it's no surprise but I...
