Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Since the pandemic Chik-fil-A has become a favorite place to eat for our family. We loved it before the pandemic but since about Summer of 2020 it’s shot up to become our #1 go-to place. Yes, the food is very good (especially the waffle fries- oh my goodness I love the waffle fries!) but what has really made it our first choice of places to go is the service! I’m not going to lie...the “My pleasure” line sometimes sounds a bit cult-ish :) but when the employees say it I truly feel they mean it. Even more than the friendly faces is the SPEED with which they take orders and deliver the bags of goodness. We can pull up to Chik-fil-A’s drive through at 6 pm on a school night and we are out of there in 5-10 minutes EVERY time! If you want to send a text or find a song to stream, you might not get a chance to do it! Those orders are taken and delivered faster than you can say “Eat more Chikin!” My husband and I recently started Weight Watchers (another result of the pandemic!!!) To our absolute “pleasure” (hee hee) we discovered that the grilled nuggets are not only pretty tasty but they are also 0 points! Score! We can pick up fast food and STILL stay in our daily WW points. I won’t lie, watching my 8 year old eat delicious crispy Chik-fil-A chicken with a side of piping hot waffle fries makes me a little crazy but I can manage. (1 fry is less than a point, right?! It is when I don’t record it!) To sum it all up, I’d just like to say that if you are looking for a super speedy, warm fuzzy, delicious, (and potentially low points) dinner situation, look no further...

Used to top tier service with chicfila across the board. Haven’t ever been to this location before but out of convenience on the car ride home, placed a curbside order. As I mentioned, I hadn’t been here before so I was a little confused on where to park for curbside. I’m still unclear but it was night time and I probably missed it, however, better signage or explanation in the app may have been helpful to me. We decided to pull into the drive thru and just ask for help and the young man there was super polite and offered to grab the order for us. We were stuck in the drive thru ordering section at that point, which I know was basically my own fault. Here is where I became frustrated. I opened the bag while we were sitting there, to find that they had forgot the sauce/dressing for my wrap. My husband politely flagged down a group (literally 5 employees just standing there chit chatting) and explained that we had just placed an order, and needed the sauce. One of the young ladies totally blew us off and asked that we wait in the drive thru line and ask for it at the window then went back to socializing. Things had picked up traffic wise and instead of being able to just pull out of the line and go on our way to enjoy our meal we had just picked up, we ended up sitting in line for another 10 minutes just for a packet of dressing. We finally pull out and begin to enjoy our meal and then realize no napkins and no fork for my salad. Just a little disappointed in the overall lack of care during our visit at this location. So I decided to make chic fil a my last meal before I got my wisdom teeth removed. I ordered a #1 with extra pickles and chick fil a sauce. ( didnt get extra pickles) another #1 with no pickles add pepper jack cheese. With bbq sauce. ( which we didn't get either. ) she said my total was 18$, which I thought was a lot for JUST 2 meals. SO I pull to the window, get my food. Checking for my sauces CAUSE they always forget. And I noticed, instead of giving me my fries I paid for, they gave me a carton full of sauces packets. So I had to go back inside and ask for an acatul carton of fries, didnt apologize, the manager didnt even look at me. WOW, okay. Was very surprising since chick fil a was always such a great place. Get home to my food, and noticed 3 sandwiches in the bag. They charged me for a sandwhich I didnt order. ( cause she didnt read it back to me). I usually always have issues with this particular...
