Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in West Chester Township

Ordered a pizza and wings at 730 pm. Realized when I placed my order I selected pick up so I called to change my order. I work 3rd shift and this was being delivered to my office (which looks closed). I explained that the door was locked but ring the doorbell I also offered to give my cell number so they could call if there was a problem. I was rudely interrupted and was told they would just have the driver ring the doorbell. Estimated delivery time was about an hour after I placed the order. I received and email at 803 pm stating my pizza had left the building. At 9 pm still no pizza called the location first person that answered the phone acted like I was crazy when I gave my name. She put me on hold to get the manager, Adam. He proceeds to tell me the driver knocked on the door and pulled on the door (claimed to ring the doorbell) but no one answered. So they took the pizza back to the store. No email stating they couldn't deliver. Adam said they had refunded my card no would you like us to remake and deliver again? Just a refund. I am extremely unhappy at how this ended up. It is now too late to order from anywhere else and I am not able to leave the building during my shift. So I guess I will just be going hungry? This location is a complete joke! Called on 04/08/19 at 10:50pm to place an order and convientley after 12 minutes of being on hold the manager Adam answered the phone and thanks for calling Donatos we are now closed. Why bother posting hours till 11pm if you don't accept orders till 11pm? Why even bother answering the phone if you aren't open and don't want to take the order? Why ask who owns the location when the MANAGER states that he has no idea? Why leave a complaint at customer service when NOBODY ever returns a call? It's the NCAA Championship tonight and you had an opportunity to make money on what would usually be a slow Monday I would assume! If I ever win the lottery I will gladly buy this property and turn it into a parking lot. Why don't you hire some REAL managers and employees who want to work? I would rather watch the CIncinnati Reds lose 163 games than EVER order at another Donatos! Please don't offer me a single item for FREE because I would rather donate i to a homeless shelter than to eat another piece of pizza from this poorly run business! HAVE A GREAT DAY! You certainly ruined what LITTLE BIT of an evening I had after work....

Pizza is pretty good here but very expensive compared to other places I purchase 2 pizzas and bread sticks wings and a 2 liter with 8 sauce cups 85$. The sauce cups were less than half full. I informed the manager on staff and showed her how I made 4 sauces not even full with the 8 that they gave me. She was extremely rude said that I can’t just combine sauces and say I need more. I explained that the small sauce cups provided were less than half full and they cost almost 2$ each I expect them to be full. She said that they go by weight what I received was correct and if I didn’t like it to call corporate. Again I mixed them and made 4 sauces I’m not even saying like maxed out cups like average looking sauce cups that’s how little they put in there and I paid almost 2$ each for 8 hand to the face. I was so pissed I said just refund my order then I’ll go somewhere else they said they don’t do refunds. I called corporate about it this store has lost my business. It’s outrageous that I spend 85$ and they can’t even give me full cups of marinara. Rude management, no customer service whatsoever. I’ll take my money elsewhere for now on you guys have...
