April 3, 2024 scariest day of our lives. Our 4 year old daughter, got a chicken taco like she does every week. While waiting for our food the man that came to the window, seemed cracked out of it. Handed us our drinks and we knew they were wrong but were nice and didn’t say anything, then he realizes the machine is down so he asked for our drink back. He couldn’t remember what he was doing and the other workers were very defensive of him, to us. Although we said nothing to him. Then the nightmare started, my daughter is allergic to peanuts and we’re aware of that. But the chicken taco has nothing of peanuts on it and she went into full anaphylactic shock. (Mind you, she hadn’t ate anything prior to that so the taco was all.) By the time we made it to the hospital, she was in cardiac arrest. Her blood pressure was 84/15. The doctor said we were almost late. My mom called the restaurant, asked them to remove the chicken for the sake of other people with allergies, the man said let me check something, he put my mom on hold and said, “I am so sorry we are removing the chicken now.”
We had to spend the night in the hospital, the next morning my daughter wakes up and the doctor wants to talk to her and ask her side of the story to which she tells him, “I had a chicken taco but there was WHITE stuff all over the chicken.” Both my husband and I were shocked and feared it could have been a drug since there is no peanuts used in the facility.
Two days later, I call the same Taco Bell a lady manager answered, to which I asked to talk to the owner and she reassured me that she would call back but we are to May and I have never received a call. But when I talked to the manager, she said there was no man manger that night and that no one but Managment can answer the phones. So all the way around that night was totally SCARY and FRUSTRATING!!! Some things have to change. I may never receive a call but it just looks bad...
Read moreThis lady gave us the wrong order then sole two 🥪 sandwichs and our receipt then try to justify the following by saying that the fact that the wrong order she gave us cost more than our original order so therefore she felt like she didn't have to make our food and exchange it or give us anything at all. She actually took two sandwiches out of the bag and yank the receipt for me for some reason...
All I want is my $5 worth of food. So I brought back a bag full of food 🌮, and this lady started yelling at me because apparently someone named Mary ordered it. Not me. She realizes this and her odd behavior became even stranger... She then only took ONE burrito, ONE taco plus the receipt 🧾🧐 of course (maybe so she wouldn't get in trouble)? But why wouldn't she take the rest of the food back? Or just remake my order... Why yell at me? All I wanted was the one bell grande I paid for. Did I add she also tried to switch the receipt 🧾🧐

She said something about how we took it $80 bag of food like you can fit $80 in a bag? What!? 🤣🤣🤣 All I wanted was what I ordered I tried to give her the food back. This girl's crazy avoid this Taco Bell if you don't want to get robbed!!!

Read moreShout out to The Manager with Short Black Hair, When you’re rude, unkind and confrontational to your door dashers, keep in mind, we are also your customers! I live in the area, half a mile away and frequent your store often as a customer. I came in tonight and stood by the front counter while EVERYONE that worked there ignored me. 15 minutes later, finally leaned around the counter, because I have someone waiting for their food, and the manager looked like she was going to come at me! After she blurted out unkind / foul words to me. That behavior is not acceptable and Taco Bell Corporate should not allow that type of behavior from a manager. This is the second time I have seen craziness there! Last time, that same manager with short black hair, her daughter was in Taco Bell, screaming and yelling at her mom, aunt and everyone , screaming the F word, yelling, in people’s faces, while the manager was holding a baby screaming at her daughter, Customers we’re leaving out of Taco Bell quickly.
