I visited this location two times over the last week, placing the same order both times.
On the first occasion, the breakfast sandwich and drink I ordered were as expected, but the Boston Kreme donut contained the wrong filling! It was very disappointing since the typical custard is what makes that donut so good!!
On the second occasion, the donut was correct (and delicious!). However, the bagel of the breakfast sandwich was chewy like when you get a microwaved Jimmy Dean sandwich from a gas station. Additionally, the iced drink was served with a lid that allows for sipping rather than drinking from a straw and no straw was provided or offered. This isn't a huge deal but it made it difficult to drink while driving and I would've appreciated being made aware of the change being I drove off! Finally, when I was at the drive thru window, I was asked to drive to the front of the store as my drink wasn't ready (vanilla iced coffee), and they then had me wait for 8 minutes. They apologized for the wait, which I appreciate, but offered no explanation. It was particularly frustrating as I had my infant son with me - he gets restless in a stopped car and also I couldn't easily just run into Dunkin to check on my drink.
I've loyally visited Dunkin on Cin-Day at least weekly since I moved to the area almost 3 years ago and they are consistently great (maybe they have just set the bar unfairly high and I'm being too critical of this new Tylersville location). I wanted to give this location a chance as it's slightly more convenient on my commute. And to be fair, they impressed me more than the 747/Princeton Rd location! But for now, I'll return to the...
Read moreI could stop at Sharonville but their service in the early AM is terrible, Cincinnati Dayton Rd. is my go-to, they provide phenomenal service and the drinks are always on point however they are temporarily closed so I went to Tylersville. NEVER AGAIN! The girl with dark hair and glasses was so rude, slamming the window, nasty attitude, horrible customer service. The girl who gave me my drink a pretty blonde rude as heck as well. Stop asking "Is that all?" after everything someone orders, when the customer is done they'll tell you. My drink was full of ice and 2-3 inches empty from the top. I paid $6 for that, totally unacceptable. If they don't want to be there maybe they should change their availability. I don't tolerate poor customer service out of my employees, needless to say I don't have a high tolerance for it anywhere. Don't work in customer service jobs if your going to be nasty. Never going back. Please do something to change this location or just nix it. Cin-Day is one min away and they have the best...
Read moreThe girl with glasses working there 5/01 at 6:15 was beyond rude. I walked in and ordered a small hot coffee. She proceeded to stare at me and asked me to use the kiosk to order. I ordered …she stood there moving cups around then grabbed a small cup and pored coffee from another cup that was sitting on the counter, I asked her if I could get coffee from the container they normally pour from, she said no because she cleaned it already. I told her not that the coffee she was trying to give me was cold and sitting there for who knows how long. She walks away, I asked are you going to make coffee she repeats I already cleaned it, I said well you don’t close until 7 and if I contacted corporate they wouldn’t agree with what your doing. She finally makes coffee slams it on the counter and walks away. 😡 like was it so hard to do that? It’s not like I was ordering something difficult to make. If she didn’t want to serve me she shouldn’t have made me pay and wait to then tell me she didn’t feel like making...
